The UPS Store reviews
6Went to return an Amazon package. Every other ups store would print the label for me if I email it to them but no, I had to print it myself. Sat on the computer, and it was 2 usd for 5 minutes of usage! Like come on. Then on top of that, it didn’t have Apple Pay, which okay fine. I took out my debit card, the thing didn’t accept debit cards, only credit cards, like again, come on. So after finally able to find a payment method for the stupid machine to accept, I found the Amazon label (which cost another 0.70 usd to print), the printer, which in any sane world would be next to the computer, was at the other end of the store. Even though this is the closest UPS store for Amazon returns, I’m just going to Kohl’s. It’ll be less of a hassle.
If people in training are this great then I can imagine what would be the quality of experienced people. For that gesture you get my 5 stars.
I didn’t even get service but the lady that was working July 18,2023 at 11am has some serious attitude problem.
How is a UPS store even in business if they can’t get emails to print labels? With technology and Amazon returns they need to figure this simple piece out of they want to survive. They even have a store emails but won’t accept labels - I’ve never experienced this at a UPS store and will be taking my business to other locations so I don’t have to again.
I brought in a standard envelope with 5 8 1/2 by 11 pieces of paper folded in it and asked for the cheapest shipping and the guy said because they can only ship premium it would be 48 dollars. I had to press him to quote another price. He said the best he could do was 18 dollars. Way less but still WAY too high for a standard shipment with nothing special. I feel very uneasy about what is going going on here.
Never busy, so you never have to worry about long lines. Workers are nice and willing to help with what you need. Fast process that takes about 3 to 10 minutes depending on what you need.
