Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Ali was so helpful. I came in for notary and he let me know about the PO Box options. So happy.
The customer service was outstanding! The owner (sadly did not get her name), was extremely nice and professional. Her other employees are as well. The store is clean and well stocked. It was also child welcoming. My two little ones were with me, and were a little rambunctious and naturally curious and they did not make us feel unwelcome at all.
Long overdue and much needed addition to the neighborhood! A brand new well managed UPS Store! We have been business owners and UPS customers for over 20 years.
