The UPS Store reviews
7 This UPS is located at the lower floor of Fairmont Dallas hotel.
We came here to use the printer and print the label. Self service but fast and easy. 29c for B&W printing.
We asked to use their tape to wrap it up and drop off at USPS, not even their store.
Jeremy was so beyond expectations: attentive, delightful, and so kind to help me out and even gave the pouch to put the label in for me to make sure it’s safe.
While most places I’ve been they will charge and make you buy the tapes. Really appreciated and walked out with happiness!
I had to return an item ordered online. The merchant issued a UPS return slip so that I would not need to pay for shipping. But this UPS store is “special” and they have a drop off fee of $5. I do not have time to waste trying to figure out which UPS stores are so special that they get a $5 fee and which do not have a fee for “free shipping. However I do have one minute to say in a review that people should just avoid this location altogether because there is nothing special about this store that deserves a $5 fee when other stores apparently do not.
Went to drop off a package that was already labeled and ready to go, was told I would have to pay a fee because I was not a hotel guest. Wish this information was on here so I would not have wasted my time going there.
UPS was able to deliver my packages last year but this month started to send back all of the packages to my address without any valid reason. A UPS agent called me via: +1 (972) 559-7400 name is possibly Mario J or Joshua Jenkins (delivery driver living in Mesquite) from this center. Very rude and unprofessional, would not listen to anything I said. Screams at me there is nothing I can do, I can’t check it, I can’t do anything, doesn’t answer how to get delivery issue resolved. I can’t believe an customer service person with decent training to be this unprofessional
This use to be my go to place for work packages but they've become extremely difficult to work with. They didn't have any expedite envelopes, they charge now for drop offs, i noticed the person in front of me they couldn't assist and turned her down with all of her requests as well. Whats going on!?
Usually quick service, but FYI they charge $5 to drop off a UPS package which is a little ridiculous.
Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Bobby. He is more than kind, patient & precise! He also helped me trouble shoot some of the address problems I had. The store location is also great! The traffic is minimal so the 1on 1 assistance is wonderful. Bobby & this location are a 10/10! Highly recommend
