Good service but charged me $12 for a cardboard box. Had no choice bc I trashed the amazon box my stuff came in. Friendly service from the clerk though.
My experience at the UPS Store was great. The customer service was awesome and the employee's greeted you with a smile. Your employee Redonia was very knowledgeable and customer service was excellent.
This location has great customer service! I was in this morning and was assisted by Redonia, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and got me in and out with no issues. It's safe to say this is my preferred UPS Store!
Alivia has the most energetic, proficient customer service ever! I’ve been a customer here for well over 2 years and during the past year of her tenure, I only come to this UPS store because of her service. When it’s super crowded and lines are out the door, she moves business along with precision. She keeps the same composure even under pressure and frustrated customers. I am a business owner and UPS should be very proud to have an employee with excellent customer service and leadership abilities!

Worst staff and very bad experience… Making fun of people and their culture is not ok. Been working with Asha (Owner) for last 3 yrs but these few times when she was not here staff is super rude and frustating.
We had worst experience at this location for Notary service. Alivia was super rude and started yelling at us and started bullying us as we are immigrants. She threatend to refuse the service and asked for random stuff. Even the other people in shop started asking her to correct the experience. We support small businesses but this employee definitely doesn’t care about customers or the business. I WILL NEVER STEP

I would not come to this location if you need to print your shipping label or printing in general. The staff is not trained at all on which printer can print from which computer. Management doesn't help their staff and meanwhile the person that's actually trying to help me print something is confused why a simple. PDF can't print. Took like 15min to print a shipping label. Poor guy got no training whatsoever.
Only come here for Amazon drop offs - otherwise I recommend going to the PostNet near the Summerwood HEB. They are much more trained and have better attitudes.
Good luck to this franchise location cause it's losing customers fast.

Stay away Asha (black lady) Terrible service! Manager just as ill-trained and unaware as both attendants.
Went to send off a package. The clerk put someone else’s shipping sticker on my package and it got sent to a warehouse. Spoke to the manager, she said she would look into it, I never heard anything back from her. I called the store and apparently she won’t be available for the next three days. So due to their negligence, I’m having to wait till they get there stuff together.
