The UPS Store, San Antonio TX

The store itself was pleasant and calm. The atmosphere was inviting and the employees were great and very helpful! Other UPS Stores that I’ve shipped from were cold vibes and not welcoming.

A simple overnight letter delivery San Antonio to Austin ended up in North Carolina! Complete waste of my company's money and resources. We needed the contents for customers. Completely disappointed and will not use this location EVER AGAIN!

The nicest UPS center in the country! I am a big online shopper with two picky girls, so I tend to return a lot of stuff. The staff of this store are always ready to help, not once have I seen a smirk. They are always smiling and laughing, making a chore fun to do!

This UPS Location is on top of it's customer service!

The employees at this store went out of their way to answer my questions, find the right size box I needed and helped me with other questions. They were polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I love the friendly, efficient courteous service of every staff member here. There are several other places which are in closer proximity to me but I always choose to come here. I don’t mind waiting in line (which is rare) when they are busy because that never deters the staff from being polite and kind to every customer.
The staff are also well trained in customer service which is rare and refreshing in todays world of business.

I just moved to the area, and this was now my closest UPS store. I was previously going to the UPS store on Blanco and 1604. Little did I know how good I had it there. I have shipped over a hundred items with that location with very little problems. I went to this store twice and had a very bad experience both times.

The typical experience you can expect here is about 5 people working 2 customers in the store and you still have a 5-minute wait minimum. They don't like dealing with customers if they aren't making money on them (amazon returns, atat returns, etc.). They will try to upsell you and turn you away and say they can't ship something if you don't pay for packing (later verified they can ship it in its current state at a different location. Which was extremely frustrating).

When I am going to a shipping store, I expect efficiency with my time and money. This location is neither. I will be going to the less convenient location from me from now on.

The UPS stores that I have visited always seems to be organized and clean. The staff know what they are doing and are friendly.

The staff are always very helpful, efficient, and friendly. Specifically, Davin helped me print and laminate a Mother's Day gift and contributed helpful suggestions that made the gift turn out wonderful! Thank you, Davin!

Received a notice that the name on the label was incorrect but it is not trying to talk to some one Human that could help me. The notice said they are atte.pting to update the information. How? I just keep getting sent through an automated system and when I call a local ups store they want to send me back through the same system
This is soooo bad. An important package and I don't even know if they are returning it or some lucky agent is getting a free package. I'm NOT happy as you can tell!
