The UPS Store reviews
12I went to the UPS store and was assisted by Kyle Jackson with a return of a fraudulent order on my AT&T Account. He helped me with getting the label printed from my email and immediately noticed that the return label was photoshopped - he noticed that the person that I was on my cell phone was giving me instructions on speaker phone and asked if he could see my phone, he pushed the mute button and asked me if the person on the call could possibly be the person committing the fraud. Kyle Jackson noticed that the address at 2515 Clayton Ave Harrisburg PA 17109 is NOT an address for AT&T returns. I took the package to the nearest AT&T store and they gave me the real return address label. Kyle is my Hero whom saved me from a 2 year payment plan for a tablet that I almost shipped to the jerk committing the fraud. I pray God Blesses Kyle for saving me from this nightmare. Kyle should be promoted to manager! He’s a true gem and I hope his parents are proud of the man they raised!
I’ve been trying to find information on a package that was shipped by UPS, it wasn’t delivered when it said it was. The lady explained that she didn’t have access to more information than we did, but suggested we get in touch with someone at the warehouse who might.
She was very helpful. Thank you.
They Are very busy with the Christmas Holiday quickly approaching. Even so everyone was extremely courteous helpful and friendly. I was asked multiple times by multiple different employees if the could assist me. Great staff keep up the excellent work.
The company I work with primarily uses this UPS location and we have been mostly satisfied with their customer service, however, a problem we have been having is the women who work there offer no help to our older administrative women carrying in massive packages. The young men working there are very helpful, very! They are always willing to help and we are very gratefully for that (5 stars for them)! The women on the other hand won't even hold the door for them.they simply hand them a dolly. We have to send two lady's to drop things off because they never know if they will get any type of help. There's seems to be a major lack of awareness when it comes to helping older people (in general as well.) from the younger women there and we don't appreciate that, especially considering how much money we spend there regularly. Hope to see some resolution there, thanks UPS!
My one star response was more of a gauge of the owners attitude/tone when we spoke over the phone, not necessarily his employee's mistake. But it appears as if he a response for everything. I understand that people make mistakes, but perhaps admitting a mistake was made, instead of deflecting all responsibility could keep more customers.
Great Service, Fast Turn Around, and Michelle did such an amazing job with the design of signs we needed! We will definitely keep using them for all our printing needs.
Michelle and her team did an AMAZING job for us. Due to some unfortunate snafus and delays with another local printing company, we approached UPS at the last minute for help in getting our graduation programs printed. Michelle was *extremely* helpful and communicated with me the whole time, letting me know where our documents were in the process of printing, folding, etc. While Michelle was my main contact person, I know she had a whole team behind her to expedite this project for us. She was pleasant, friendly, and had a "can-do" attitude. She didn't promise anything that she couldn't deliver, and what she did promise, she provided. Due to the time-constraints of our request (we needed this done in less than 24 hours), they didn't have to take this on - but they did! Our programs look even more amazing that I thought they would. This store will be my/our first go-to for any future projects. Thank you, Michelle & the UPS team!
I had a return at the ups store like i usually do and the new manager Sylvia helped me out and made it super easy. Thanks!
Awesome service here! I’m always greeted and since I have a mail box with them sometimes they are able to have my packages ready for me. It’s like going to the “Cheers” bar and you walk in and everyone shouts “Norm! ”
I’ve brought in some packages that were a challenge and stressing me. Every single time, I walk out feeling silly for worrying. They make things an absolute cinch!
Kudos
I went to this UPS store to mail out an important mail last Friday. I clearly mentioned that the package needs to arrive this Tuesday. The staff charged me 18 dollars for the express fee, which I am fine with it because it’s an emergency. Then two days later, I couldn’t use the tracking number they gave me to check the status on UPS system. Then I found that they used USPS as the carrier. First, why would I go to UPS and get a USPS service? If so, they should have told me so when I paid the fee. Second, my package it is STILL on the way at this moment. It already took 3 business days and it has not arrived yet. It’s a no doubt an unpleasant experience with them.
Accepted payment for package addressed to a PO Box, put inaccurate address on the label, then passed it off to USPS, package ends up in the sender’s mailbox, sender attempts to get clarification and the explanation from UPS store employee and manager is.wait for it.
“The Post Office doesn’t deliver to a PO Box”
You can’t make this schitz up.
