18Horrible service. Have to spam call the store and hope someone finally feels like working to answer the phone. Never do Amazon returns here. They lose your packages and just tell you to call Amazon. Put me on hold for 30min and probably forgot about me. Super lazy staff and awful location.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Was told I would have to buy a roll of tape to simply tape the box and label. Went to the UPS store at 2541 S I-35 Frontage Rd and they happily took my package and taped it up for free. DO NOT go to Wells Branch UPS this is very poor business management, they will try to rip you off.
The representative who entertained me was Bhumi. She was really nice, offered me a bottle of water too. This is one of the best UPS stores I’ve been to.
Probably one of the worse UPS store experiences. Had two packages one fully taped, other needed some tape at the top and the woman behind the counter said she will have to charge me to put 12inches of tape or I can come back tomorrow with the tape fixed on the box.
Legit you guys are in a packaging business making millions and decided to do costcutting on putting a few inches of tape. Or having customer come back. Sounds a little bit pety and shameful.
I called to get a quote for shipping and was told to come in. I said I had all the info that you could get from me coming to the store. I don't want to carry my 40lb item to find out it's too expensive for me to ship. I was told to hold on and was left with silence for 16 minutes until someone else picked up and stated the initial person forgot about the call and was now busy.
There is a very bad guy there, i go just now to scan some important papers, i need it now.
After waiting him a long time, he looks that he doesn’t knows nothing. At the end he send me the document with upside pages. I told him they are not good, he say i can do it again but i will charge you twice i told him but it’s not my fault he told me to answer “yes or no I don’t have a time iwill do it again and charge you twice or just take it and don’t pay nothing”.
Horrible staff. Locked the door before 7pm. Even though I tried to get in a 6: 58pm (with a labeled package - just drop off). They didn't even have the decency to open and collect it.
Horrible customer service! I had 2 boxes that needed to be taped and instead of helping me tape them they wouldn’t accept the box’s or tape them for me.

I been to 5 different stores the costumers are so bad and raciest only wells branch office has a good service her name is Ms. Bhumi she helped me a lot and she has patient for her costumers. This 5 star is not for all stores it’s only for Wells branch.
THEY DO NOT PROVIDE PACKING TAPE! I so I bought a big roll and left it on the counter, so others can use it. If they tell you they don't have tape, it's all lies. Lies I tell y'all.

Theo is AMAZING! Their customer service was top tier and they helped me through my mountains of returns and knew exactly what I needed! Love this UPS location! Great service and experience every time I come.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. Double charged a corp credit card (payment took one time) then a couple days later did double charge) and when someone finally answers the phone they are unwilling to assist and hangs up on you. Terrible customer service and will never use location ever again, and possibly never using UPS.
Oh my gosh, the staff here is the absolute sweetest you will ever meet. Theo was the one that helped me with my bizarre request and im so thankful. Theo, if you’re reading this, you’re amazing! And to the managers here- you should be proud of your awesome staff. Also in general, every time I’ve come in here, it’s been a great experience. Highly recommend!
