The UPS Store, San Antonio TX

Phone Review- I've tried calling three different times on two different days, only to be redirected to leave message. Do they return phone calls? Is calling the store not an option?

Amazing service! The staff is awesome. Great place to laminate cards and get documents notarized.

We visit this location all the time. Recently they have a new clerk- I couldn't read her name tag- she's a young woman who wears glasses. I try to avoid her but I've had to deal with her twice now and she's always angry and rude. I don't need the aggravation. Management should monitor her interactions with customers if they don't want to lose their business like they have mine.

The best place for all your small business needs. Personnel always friendly and very professional. The service always fast and prices best in town!

So, take your business elsewhere. Rude and inconsiderate owner. I walked into the store at 8: 40 in the morning, completely empty, wanting notary service, and to send a document. He informs me that he doesn’t do notary before 10 AM. Now I could understand if he was the only person present, and the store was packed, but I was the only person in there and obviously it was just too much of a hassle for him to pull his little seal out of his drawer. So yes, the loss of my business might not be much to him but I’m trying to get the word out and will post it on every available website, there are plenty of UPS stores to do business with. Don’t use this one.

This store is robbing people they are charging $2 for printing Amazon return label which is free in any store

I've been a customer since I moved to SA in 2016 - This place is your one stop shop if you need to get a mailbox, shipping stuff, or get a package to a friend!

I've been trying to call for 3 hours to get prices on a print job I need done, nobody will answer nor do they call back! Frustrating.
