UPS is my preferred shipper, specifically the Lebanon Rd location in Frisco, TX. The staff is super friendly and attentive and the location is perfect.

When I went in, I said I wanted my mail to be delivered BY UPS store (4 times), certified with return receipt. But they made my mail to be delivered BY US Postal Service.

They DID NOT tell me that (1) UPS store does not have certified mail service; (2) If by UPS, it has to be ground. The staff should know what kind of services they can provide to customers; customers do not know. The staff is amateur (does not know how to do) and does not know how to facilitate with customers' needs.

If I want my mail BY US Postal Service, I can go to US Postal Service. Why I have to go to UPS store to do USPS, which does not make sense at all?

The manager insisted that they cannot refund the USPS fee that I paid. So poor communication and service. And, bad experience to me.

OMG I am so grateful to Elias who helped me carry my heavy package from my car to the store. He basically carried the whole thing by himself and I was soo nervous to ask for help but he didn't hesitate before saying yes. Such kind gestures can really make someone's life a bit easier so thank you so much Elias for helping me out today!

The manager helped me track down a misplaced package. She made a call to track it and get it where it needed to be. Incredible customer service and follow through!

On 8/18 walked in the store for an Amazon return. Both young men working went above and beyond to help me. I was very pleased with their willingness to help.

I’ve been a customer at this store for close to 10 years and I cannot say enough great things about the team that works here. The service is outstanding. Desiree and Ben are consistently amazing…they go above and beyond. But truly all the team members here are pleasant and helpful. I’ve used their printing, packing, shipping and fax services and find their level of professionalism in every area to be exemplary. Very happy to have this store so close to home.

I would not suggest shipping internationally from this location. We had someone ship a package to us in Mexico and they said it could only be expedited delivery to ensure delivery. We paid $560 for this service and the package got stuck in Mexico customs. I called this UPS store several times and they said they couldn't see any updates. After asking them about it several times they said "we are not responsible for anything related to shipments we are just a franchise and UPS is responsible for making the delivery happen". So basically they just take the profit and don't care what happens after. I asked the manager why they didn't warn us about the potential issues with our package and she said they ask their employees to relay the message but that doesn't always happen. Finally, I was able to get in touch with Mexico customs and they said they has tried several times to get in touch with the UPS shipper but didn't get any response. They said it was too late at that point (over 6 weeks later) but this could have been resolved had they got a response earlier. Now they must ship it back and the sender and we needed to pay $16.00 for warehouse holding fees. When I got back in touch with this UPS store they said the amount to get it back was $130.00. So we paid almost $700 for an undelivered package that we paid for guaranteed shipping and they said they couldn't do anything to help because they are just a franchise that takes your money.

Ben is the BEST notary. He completed an entire estate plan for us and made sure everything was taken care of with no mistakes. He took his time and was kind and patient. The entire team at ups is so pleasant and sweet. Everyone needs to show kindness back to them!
