The UPS Store, Lubbock TX

Came in for photo copies and fax, they couldn't be more helpful, very nice and friendly.

I came here to get some photocopies of a document uploaded to a flash drive and the experience was superb. I was greeted when I walked in and the guy who helped me was so kind - Nil. We had some issues with the printer that took sometime to get straightened out, but Nil was so professional while resolving the issue. He even gave me a 10% discount! It only saved me about $5, but genuinely it was the thought that counted because he didn’t have to do it. This is definitely my preferred store for stationary needs after this experience! Thank you for creating a lifelong customer!

My company has to send a lot of packages via UPS so we go to different stores depending on where we are working. This store is our favorite. They are always super friendly and helpful. There is rarely a line, and if there is a line, the employees are quick to keep the line moving.

I walked in with a ton of Amazon returns, and no idea of what I was doing. While I would’ve been absolutely annoyed by myself, they were so incredibly helpful. They even printed out one of my return receipts that I forgot to bring with me.
They were also super helpful in shipping out a package for me as well.

Wonderful staff and very helpful. I have recently been using them as a package pickup address because so many items have not been received at my apartment address.this situation is very stressful and these folks have have gone out of their way to work with me.so CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FABULOUS. Milli at the main desk has been especially helpful and calls my cell re: any incoming packages as "just a reminder"! These guys are great to work with. Thx guys, it takes my stress level down a notch! Mh

I went in to get a paper notarized and was asked to come back in the morning or wait a while for the guy to finish loading a truck. It wasn't busy and only 3 customers where in the store. So much for customer service

Hi, just came to the store with a very simple mail order. I was greeted with friendly faces from a gentleman and a very nice lady with cool hair. They helped me with a stamp and an envelope. All with smiles and a helpful attitude. Thank you for being awesome.

I stopped in the store in the fall to get a quote for trading cards for our chess team. I knew what I wanted but I didn't know how to get it. Dakota gave me some tips so I could send him a few samples. They came out great. After a few months of gathering pictures and details for the cards, I submitted my files to print. Dakota called me the same day to let me know they were blurry and gave me some suggestions for fixing it. I made the changes and sent in the new files that night. He had the entire order of over 2500 cards printed, cut, and packed for me by the following afternoon. They came out looking so good! I know our chess team is going to love them! Thanks, Dakota, for helping me with this project. I am super happy with the results!
