Horrible Customer Service. Use FedEx. Sent a package over night, paid $150 dollars to have it go over night. Of course it didn't arrive as promised. Then the second day it was supposed to be delivered, they said someone put in an address change and they don't know who, but they can't even tell me where it went. So now I am out the product that I sent, plus $150 bucks and no one knows anything.
The best part is the 800 number you call tells you go back to the UPS store that shipped it and deal with them.
What a joke I will never Ship with UPS again. Always FedEx

The store is conveniently located. The store is equipped with hi tech, in my opinion. I have no reason not to use the store for my shipping needs.
I do not live in the area but have used UPS in Woodway several times when visiting for work projects. Everyone there is so incredibly friendly and helpful. I have had to do multiple rush projects and they have always been accommodating to my print needs and timelines. It’s refreshing and when you visit, you will see they treat everyone this same way.
