The UPS Store, Seguin TX

I would rather not drop off at this location due to the employees having a bad attitude. The employee Amy always gives me a hard time when dropping off my packages. She claims that my packages aren’t packed correctly. Her standards are extremely high and continues to offer terrible service. She’s the only one that has issues, if I go to another teller they have no problem taking my packages. When Amy is working I try and go to another worker. Managment team needs to step in and address this on going issue.

Every time I come to this UPS store, everyone has an attitude and reason why they can’t ship my packages. One lady in particular is Amy. She tells me I have to repackage my package all the time when it’s the original return package. She doesn’t smile and say how are you. It’s always next and then here comes the rudeness. I had to ask for a manager to assist me this last time and she did everything for me without the snarky comments. I hate coming to this store. I dread having to do returns!

I'll start by saying that the staff is polite.

Today I tried to do an Amazon return, which they use UPS to do the returns. It turns out that UPS is supposed to pick up from my house. So I asked the UPS store if I could have two pieces of packing tape (each piece of tape is about 10 inches long). The UPS store employee said they can only give me one piece of tape, otherwise I would have to buy packing tape from them.

I have never heard such an absurdity since I was only asking for tape for the UPS box that was going to be picked up by a UPS driver.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this particular UPS store.

Very helpful at this particular store. The clerk was unusually helpful. Definitely a good experience.

Horribly rude service! I often go to the store in La Vernia, they are so kind, sweet, & super accommodating in anything that I need. I was in Seguin and went in expecting the same service sorely disappointed!

Fantastic service! Very personable staff and always perfection and speedy with requested customer projects. Also, great for a business mail stop. Great owner for this store.

Leaving a review after my second poor experience here. Some of the older women working here make it clear that they do not like kids. If you are a busy mother like me, I would take your packages to the post office- they are always amicable and kind to my children when I bring them in to briefly drop off items!

UPS employees are the nicest people you’ll find just about anywhere! From the delivery drivers to the ladies here at the store! They always have the answer to any of my questions, they greet me with a friendly smile, they love what they do and it shows in how they interact with their customers! To me, that speaks directly about the people and the company they work for…I love UPS and UPSers!

The staff here are very nice and helpful every time I go in. Monica helped me make Amazon returns and was patient throughout the entire process. I returned about 15-20 red dresses that I tried on for an event. They all looked the same so it was confusing matching it up to the return codes. It definitely took some time to get through them all and she never once rushed me or made me feel bad. She even helped me figure out which dress matched up to what. I know for a fact other people would not have been so patient and kind, so thank you Monica!
