9I have had problems with UPS in the past, but this store had totally wiped away those gripes. Each time I come by to send a package, they are swamped, but they work efficiently and expediently. They take care of any issues that arise and know what is needed and what is not. My best experience with UPS was my past delivery driver that moved and this store. Great work!
Call prior to driving there for notary services. On 11-28-23 the one and only notary had left for the day before 2: 00 pm.
The people in this store are amazing. They are really helpful and despite being busy.they get it done. After visiting most of the shipping stores in Lufkin. I would say this store is your best bet.
This place is handy to go to. However, they do need to do some training with employees. Specifically to remind them that their job is to perform a service - hopefully in a friendly manner.
Sometimes, they act as though they are doing you a favor. It wouldn't hurt them to be a least a little friendly.
I came to the UPS Store to return some items online. I asked a question about how my items would be shipped and the lady working snapped at me like I was just supposed to know that all my packages would be in the same bag. I didn’t know if they would be sent together or separately. I just wanted clarification. They definitely need to hire people or train better customer service skills. I won’t be coming back unless I absolutely have to.
My opinion UPS have an awesome service they provide with delivering packages on time keep up the good work.
This place has become very busy at times and probably should consider expanding. I have noted people waiting at the door waiting to get in.
The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful, this is the only place i like to go to if i need to ship anything.
I went into the UPS Office on 3009 South John Redditt in Lufkin, Texas. The girl who helped me was named Mallory. The store was very busy and she was so cordial and nice, and diligent in helping my wife and I with all our packages. Thank you UPS for hiring and vetting good quality people who work and help people at your store. Hats off to Mallory for working so hard for us. Thank You.
