28This store would be so efficient if they had one register dedicated to only drop offs to print receipts.
Had a line of 8 out the door and then another line of 6 inside. Needs better management skills in regards to how to facilitate simple package drop offs and other services.
Instead there’s 2 people working the counter and both taking over 15 minutes when it could’ve been one line for drop offs and one line for other services. Imagine having to wait in a line of 15 people for 30 minutes to drop off 1 package. Why not just put a drop off bin in the front even?

Lost/stole 4 packages by not even scanning them totalling in value to USD 1335. There have been multiple attempts to speak to them and try to locate the packages but it has been futile.
Sent a mail as requested but received no response, neither did I receive my packages back.
I came to the store to make a shipment, it would arrive on a Wednesday and I never came after I went to the store over and over again so they solved that, I also spoke to customer service and they could not solve anything for me and it has been more than a week and they do not solve anything for me Now they tell me it's not the store's fault if that's where I paid. I asked them to return my money and they didn't give it to me either, they told me that now I have to wait for my box because it is coming back and I have to go for it again! Never had lousy 0 star service

I noticed a lot of reviews are general UPS reviews, people need that straightened out and only address this location specifically! Looking at all those bad reviews makes me mildly infuriated
Can't complain better than USPS; long but usually fast lines someone always seems to have a problem. 5 stars for the adorable boy that always gives me my receipt I high key just wait in line to see him oh uh and the store.
UPS is absolutely the worst of the worst. My package should have been here on Tuesday last week and I still don’t have my package. The app says “to be delivered by 3pm” it is 6pm and is still in transit. UPS is really the worst I don’t recommend it at all.
They locked the door on me tonight when i arrived at 6: 58pm to pickup my package and ignored me
We have always had great service at this store. We started coming here after the main UPS service center was unable to take a return to AT&T. Our last visit was today and Janet provided a fantastic customer service experience. She was knowledgeable and patient and really went the extra mile to help us out. I highly recommend this location.
There is a drop-off slot for letters but not packages. I was not greeted by anyone and waited in line to drop off a box that was as ready to go. I asked if I needed to wait in line and they said only for a receipt. How would you know that? There is no sign. I was holding it so they could see if anyone of the three employees made eye contact. It's pitiful that I would spend less time and get better service from an actual inanimate drop box on a sidewalk.
The employees at this location are always very helpful! They make sending packages so easy. I recommend them highly.
Everyone at the store were really nice and very helpful. David even gave me a UPS pen.

They literally ignored me as i was outside there door only a few seconds after 7pm. I can't believe how rude these employees are and if the owner of this location cared about their customers they would take in pride of serving all customers.
I order a package that was supposed to arrive today or tomorrow. I check to see what's going on because my package arrived at 11: 10 am this morning and it's just been sitting there, so I check in again and now they saying it's delayed till the 26th?
They are always so rude and unprofessional at this location. They even lost a $800 mixer I was sending back to manufacturer for repairs. They eventually found it a few weeks later but never apologized and tried to charge me AGAIN to reship the package to the manufacturer. Only threatening to call UPS corporate office changed their attitude about the situation.
Do yourself a favor. Find another location to do business with because this place is horrible!
Went into this store to get wills notarized. I wish I got the name of the guy who helped us. He was fantastic. Easy process, not thrilled to have to pay $6 per stamp, but great and convenient nonetheless. Also, as we were working on that, I noticed a long line of customers forming, and the UPS employees were on top of helping everyone out, quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and caring staff.
I have been using this UPS store for 5 years now. I have never had a problem with the customer service. They are friendly, helpful, fast and go above and beyond. I think the customers coming in to the store may be the ones who need to change their attitude.
This place has lost package, it got to the UPS store but was never shipped.either some of their own workers stole it or the "shipping" and "handling" in UPS is poorly conducted.i recommend FEDEX, delivers faster and its safer.i assure you i will not use UPS ever again.
REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. The supervisor was so rude and loud when I called about my package that was late. The lady got angry. The driver delivered my packaged at 11pm. I had to wait whole day in my house. Really awful experience. I will switch to Fed Ex or USPS.
