The UPS Store, Plano TX

After a unpleasant experience at another USP store, I was hesitant to try another but very glad I did. I took a box in to send back to Amazon, and was helped by Steven H. He was very polite and even made sure the box I brought in was sealed with enough tape. The store was clean and orderly and I highly recommend.

The workers at this UPS store are phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. What more can you ask for.
I am new to the area and this ups store took care of all of my faxing, mailing, amazon returns and making copies everything. I love it.

My daughter went there morning of 12/22/20 and asked for regular mail, basic service, just postage for her padded envelope.

Total weight was minimal.
They sell her 1st class with tracking number for about $6.50.

This probably shouldn't have been more than $1.00 max!

Not going back unless they fix this for her.

For our organization, Mu Delta Alpha, Zach has been our go to guy and has helped us make all of our posters, stickers, flyers, etc. Zach is quick to respond, personable, and so kind! I use this location all the time for both personal shipping and that of my company. I have never found anything but personal, professional and pleasant staff who is happy to assist with whatever is needed. I highly recommend this location.

Owner has bad attitude - Rent a box there and he will simply "throw away" any incoming mail that he receives after discontinuation of service, instead of giving anyone a service call out of respect for past business. Ship rates are high AND I had mail opened by both employess and customers with proper address on the packages.

I have had a mailbox at this location for about a year and I am very pleased with the service. Everyone is very professional and friendly. 3 months ago I moved several miles away but I still go to this location even though there is a store closer to my home.

This is the BEST UPS store around. The staff make the store. Daniel is the best manager ever. Laurie is the best supervisor. I think UPS as a business is horrible. Don't ever call UPS to track or find a lost package because you will get NOTHING. The employees at this store though go way out of their way to take care of you. This store alone has kept me loyal to UPS. I will literally only bring this to this store.
