17Mail off packages right before closing. Mail everything off without any complaints from employees. That's what I call customer service.
I get all of my mail here, and have sent numerous packages. Amazing customer service all around.

If I could put zero stars I would. Please do not drop off your packages at this location. I dropped off a package and now a week later it cannot be found. I am having to work with Amazon directly because UPS corporate office unable to track due to a contract. I have never had a drop off location lose a package. Just dont trust the store.
I didn’t know the store closed at 3pm on Saturdays so I showed up at 3: 13p to drop off some packages Even though I was late, the associate, Bryan, let me in and processed my amazon returns. He was very kind.
I drove literally from campus to get here and their system is down not to mention it's 93 degrees out side and this location system is always down majority of the employees at this location are RUDE aswell CORPORATE UPS PLEASE FIX IT.
I've been frequenting this store for the last 5 years or more. The previous workers were ALWAYS really kind, polite, and helpful. Without coaxing. I stopped by to use their services 2/13/2018 and apparently they ha see new workers. The lady's attitude was sour and uninviting. I can assure you that I won't ever go back there. When I posted on Facebook my experience, a few of my friends reiterated how ugly her attitude was. It may not mean much up you guys but good customer service goes a long way.

I am always amazed at how friendly everyone is when I come in. Cindy is exceptionally helpful, and always greets me (and other customers) by name and with a helpful attitude. I enjoy knowing my packages are safe until I can get here, and knowing this crew will be smiling when I arrive.
This UPS is the closest and still I would rather go somewhere else. They are rude they act like they don't like their job. The girl that does notary tells me come back tomorrow because we too busy. What kind of mess is that. The one that always have a attitude. I'm sure customers can guess who it is. SMH
The 2 ladies working today were completely rude. No facial expressions. I tried to make small conversation because it looked like she was having a bad day. She wouldn't even talk back. She looked at me like I was stupid. My daughter was trying to tell her hi and she ignored her. She Wasn't wearing a name badge and she asked me how old my daughter is so I told her 4, she said she is 4 years old and that all she says? I told her no, she just doesn't like being ignored so she is going to keep telling you hi until you say hello back. I asked her if there were any other boxes besides those because the thing I was shipping was small. She rolled her eyes and said no. The other worker told her there were some in the back. She went and grabbed one and it was a good size and I told her thank you and all she did was smirk. Didn't say you're welcome. I swear I wanted to slap her and go about my day. But my daughter was there and that lady wasn't worth it. She can stay miserable and salty. Won't be going back there.
Worst customer service ever. The entire staff is rude, unpleasant and knowledgeable. They were completely unwilling to help me at all.
After shipping and paying an additional $40 dollars to insure a very expensive and delicate sewing machine, GREG, the owner of this location has given me the run around and denied my claim when the machine reached its destination damaged. I'm still fighting, but will NEVER use this ups location again.
Went in to send a fax to a company and was informed the price after the fax completed. When I mentioned the price seemed a little high, the associate yanked the price list off a pole that was facing away from the register I was standing at and put it in my face.
Horrible. I waited 30 minutes for service. Four employees working to include the owner. One employee is so incompetent she ALWAYS has to have the others help her. And, they ended up not being competent either. Meanwhile, the line behind me is getting longer. Poorly managed. Incompetence is highly tolerated. I finally left. I will never go there again. I will pay to return the AT&T modem.
