Just Awesome customer service by Renee Doyle. She made the printing and binding process effortless for me. Simply emailed the file to the Store and Renee printed and bound the book at a very reasonable price. Super nice people and I highly recommend this store.

I had several returns for Amazon. Without getting to into the weeds there was a problem with one of them. The manager and owner could not have been more accommodating and had professional. I was frustrated with amazon and made the effort to go back to the store to thank them. Bend over backwards customer service is rare and doesn’t mean give free stuff. The owner offered to speak to amazon. I had forgotten my wallet and he even offered to let met call him back with the number.

Fraudulent Sales Practice. Store has a history of selling you a insurance policy for items being shipped Knowing that the policy is not valid unless they package the items for you. I went in the store to have it shipped - Had them do everything in person. I wanted the item insured and they still sold be the policy KNOWING that this would not be covered in an accident. They sold me a policy and were just hoping nothing would happen and they would just keep the $$$. Very sad to see this kind of practices

I called this store 7 minutes before close from the doors of the store on 407, that for some reason closes at 6: 30. They told me the truck was their to head on down. They waited until I got there and greeted me with a smile and ran my package to the truck! Amazing service. This is the second time this store has gone above and beyond for me. Amazing franchise. Please honor them with your business. As a local business owner, it takes a village, and they are one of my villagers.

This UPS store has the highest quality service of any business bar none! As soon as you enter you FEEL the care, and genuine concern that your needs are met. Every team member has the highest quality of service and superior shipping knowledge. They helped me with sending a package to Italy for my daughter and made sure that it made it there before Christmas, which was no easy task.

If you are looking to have something printed, boxed, shipped, or designed this is the place to go. Their prices are not beat, and their customer service is out of this world good. I have worked with every team member at this location in some shape fashion or form, they have all been fantastic!

I TRIED TO SEND A SUITCASE FROM THIS UPS STORE TO CHICAGO ON 12TH JUNE 2018. AND IT WAS STOLEN BY THESE UPS GUYS BECAUSE SINCE THAT DAY MY BAG IS UNTRACEABLE BY UPS. WILL NEVER EVER TRUST THIS UPS STORE AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

Just stopped by to send off 4 different packages. Linda and Renee were just pure awesomeness. Before I could get the other packages out of my car, Renee was working on my first 2 packages. She also educated me on my amazon and Verizon packages. It’s so rare in today’s world to receive the customer service that they provided. You need this UPS store in your life! Seriously, you do! You walk in, and you feel like part of the family. Everyone has been so nice and so helpful, every single time I'm in this store. If they are busy, they still offer the same over-the-top customer service, every single time. The staff was extremely helpful! The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond. I had a package that was overnighted to me that I missed the home pickup on. Originally, I would not have been able to pick it up until the next day. But I needed it that night. The gentleman helped me get the package that night. Much appreciated.
