The Vantage at Cityview, Fort Worth TX

Except for the food which is very old-fashioned, we chose the Vantage because of the staff. The staff is great, trying very hard, and producing for us residents. Most of them have been here a longer than usual time. The staff's reaction transfers to the residents who really care for each other.

We moved to The Vantage (Independent Living) in January 2022. We've been very pleased to start our retirement by living here. The Engagement team is outstanding at making people feel welcomed & valued. I give Victor Matthews special recognition: he's friendly, polite, and works hard to keep events going smoothly. He has a genuine heart for people, is amazingly patient with folks from age 60 to 100 who come from many different backgrounds! He's also talented at making us laugh and be joyful! Thank you, Victor!

Travis is a special Waite person at Vantage City View! He doesn’t smile a lot but is a good person and very skilled at what he does. Works a lot in the kitchen too! He seems To know what
I need sometimes without asking him.

The Vantage is a wonderful place to live independently! I want to highlight Rolisha Walker who goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met in the dining room. It’s employees like Rolisha that raise the bar! Thank you for excellence Rolisha and The Vantage! Les

My mom has lived in memory care at Vantage for over two years. It has been a relief to know that my mom is well cared for by the entire staff, but especially Jolie Ilundu and Johanna Dilma. I really appreciate the care they provide for mom and the updates provided for me. I live out of state and I’m always well informed of any medical changes, specific needs like new shoes, and weekly pictures. No place is perfect but Vantage comes really close!

Isela is an awesome staff member! She helps my mother every time she is in the area and is a great member of your housekeeping staff. Thank you, Isela, for all you do!

I've lived here for 16 years and Francisco in the dining room has been here longer than that, 19 years. He's a wonderful server and very efficient. Alicia, his wife, in housekeeping is perfect in every way. They have made my time here at the Vantage very special. I recommend Francisco and Alicia and the Vantage.

I have lived here for 12 years and consider it my home. All of the
staff, with a few exceptions, have been extremely helpful, polite,
and resourceful. I would like to especially give an excellant reviewfor Dee who works on the front desk and Steve Cash, who is oneof our great Maintenance men. Both of these employees have gone beyond what was "written" as their job description
to help me on several occasons.
I intend to live here until I can live with Jesus.

I like the friendliness of staff and the variety of activities. Brandi Munoz at the front desk is particularly helpful.

My loved ones moved in over 8 years ago and are still there. They love it! It gives me peace of mind knowing they are in a safe place with people checking on them. They have made many friends over the years and are very active. Highly recommend The Vantage, Cityview.

I’ve worked for the vantage for a little over 4yrs. I will have to say that’s it’s not all perfect just as any other place you may have worked. But I’ll say that I work close with on a day to day bass make one of my top best places I’ve worked at. They are here when I need help rather it’s work related or not. To have that support is just amazing. So I’d like to say thank you.

Having settled into an independent living apartment at The Vantage a year ago, I want to share my experiences. The meals are excellent, with an array of dishes that cater to a variety of tastes. The fitness center is exceptional, providing top-notch exercise equipment that contributes to our overall well-being. Furthermore, the comprehensive range of services, especially transportation and housekeeping, truly sets The Vantage apart. A notable mention goes to Mr. Lee, one of our skilled drivers, whose punctuality and courteous demeanor are truly commendable. His anecdotes about growing up in Fort Worth add a personal touch to our journeys. On the housekeeping front, Ms. Johana, my dedicated maid, leaves no corner untouched in her meticulous cleaning, with special emphasis on the kitchen and bathroom, which are always left sparkling. Her warm smile and unwavering attention to detail make the prospect of cleaning days genuinely enjoyable. In sum, The Vantage has truly created an environment that fosters comfort, convenience and a strong sense of community for its residents.

I want to recognize Isela in housekeeping for the great job. She is thorough and leaves everything in tip-top condition.

I visited The Vantage at Cityveiw and all the staff was caring, attentive and responsive. This was all the staff from management to care workers to house keeping. Cristy and her team make sure the property is well maintained, very clean and well decorated, especially for the seasons or holidays. It makes the residents feel part of a community.

I wanted to convey my mom's appreciation for Kathy Hamilton who is a server in the dining room of the Assisted Living Building. She knows everyone by name and always has an encouraging word for them.

Every other Wednesday morning Alicia, my housekeeper, comes to my door with a sparkling smile on her face. She is delighhtful, courteous, and very helpful. Cleans magnificiently and always brightens my day. I am so grateful!

The best part of the Vantage is the staff. They cater to your every need and are quick to react to your requests. The entertainment staff, let by Clayton, are the best, and so is Clayton. I love living at the Vantage

Assisted/Memory Care Front Desk associate Crystal. You cannot say enough good things about her work ethic. Polite, helpful, personable and compassionate. She makes my Mom that has been there for almost a year feel like she counts. She is a great asset to the Vantage in every way. Thank you Crystal for you are AWESOME!

I had the opportunity yesterday to attend “Every Moment Counts in Evergreen” and had an amazing time! There were memory care residents, staff, and families joining in music Bingo and fun.
