BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX! The Property Manager and leasing agents are beyond AMAZING! Everyone was very polite and hands on with the entire application process up to the move in date. Maintenance team works really fast with requests. The grounds are kept up really nice, as well as the inside of the apartment homes. FRIENDLY and QUIET neighbors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I’m really glad to call this HOME.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the application process smooth it is very detailed and took longer than most other properties but they kept me involved in the process. They have a new staff and I think they are really great. The new manager Mrs. Powell is very involved and open to talk to when you have an issue. I recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a new place to live. I looked at the other reviews and was a little hesitant about it but the new staff could not possibly have received those because they were great to me. And the maintenance staff is great. They respond to requests very fast. I love my new home.

I lived here a few years ago and it was okay at first, I recommended this place to everyone. However after living there for a few months things went horrible. Not with the apartment itself but the environment. I had some neighbors move in below me after a nice old lady moved out, these neighbors were okay at first, so I thought. At all hours of the night the people below me would blast music, waking up my 3yr old son at the time. One night my boyfriend was visiting and he politely asked them to just turn it down a little because it was waking up my son. I had to complain 3 times to the office before they finally turned down the volume. Oh I forgot to mention that one weekend while thankfully my son wasn't home, the people below us got into an argument with one of their friends, by the stairs, who pulled a gun out on them. I would see all of this from my balcony as my apartment was right beside the stairs. The other issue is there was guy harassing women, he would sit on those stairs and wait. I would go to my mail box, he wouldnt be there, but then I would go to head in and there he was waiting, this was AFTER I told him he couldnt have my number. Then there is the issue with the kids in the parking lot. They will sit on your car, mess with it, stand in the road and stare you down. I DO NOT recommend living here. Esp.with the surrounding around, and sadly rent is going up. Makes no sense.

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly, great customer service, and the complex is very quiet and kept clean. I am so happy that I made the decision to move my family over here!

Went to look at the apartments 2 weeks ago. The assistant manager kept coughing. She had the O udacity to take the mask off and attempt to speak talk with her mask off. When she was coughing severely. Staff should be trained to keep there 6 feet rule away from civilians. While looking at a new possible home. While touring the property. I observed homeless people in the woods next to the property.

Great apartment complex. I love the fact - A lot of people do not make use of the gym! Usually can work out alone.especially great during the pandemic!

If you go here ask for MALIQUE! She is so kind and knowledgeable. She helped me and answer all my questions quick and easy. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I can’t wait to live here!

Almost didn’t apply bc of the low rating but realized they were about the application process, not the apartments and applied. These apartments are income restricted and government regulated so of course the application process is going to be more thorough then others. Went ahead and applied and both ladies who helped me were incredibly nice.

Called in to get info on a 2bdrm and spoke to Tan the agent was so polite and knowledgeable explained everything to me about the property and what docs I need to apply answered all my questions to for my search.

I love how they treated us, they approved us in less than two weeks. We are very happy here, the speed to fix things is spectacular. Clean, new, I'm fascinated.

I went to the Veranda on a whim one Sunday. The lady that was there was very nice and friendly and took me to see a two bedroom. The apartments themselves were very nice, modern, and perfect for what I was looking for. Unfortunately, their website didn’t say anything about low income housing (that I could see) and the lady didn’t say anything about that being a requirement either. I talked to a friend later about me inquiring about this property and she said that it was low income housing. I called to confirm with India and she said yes. I told her that I wasn’t informed unfortunately and said that there was no information posted anywhere (that I could see) about having that low income requirement.

Also, how do people who make less than $34,000/yr afford a 1 bedroom $1,000/mo apartment? Or a two bedroom $1,200 apartment? $1,100 is my max and I don’t even meet this requirement.

Just shocked at that.

Overall, a great experience living here thus far!
It hasn’t been easy by any means! The application process is not for the faint of heart, & you have to pay close attention to all of the paperwork, & notices issued!

The staff has ALWAYS been exceptional when working with us! They answer our many questions, they were patient during our application process, & in general go above and beyond anything that is asked of them!

The complex is beautiful & maintained well! There are some noise issues of course, but that’s to be expected when living in an apartment! The apartment it’s self is phenomenal! Very spacious, very nicely designed, plenty of outlets & switches!
We aren’t huge fans of the switch locations in one of the bathrooms, & one of the light switches is also connected to the fan, that can be annoying until you figure out which switch the right one!

We are grateful to have been blessed with this living situation in this season & are so happy that we stuck through the tough times!

WORST PROCESS EVER THEY LIED TO MY WIFE AND I WITH EVERYTHING! We did all our paperwork and everything 3 months before we even moved out of the current place on the 4th of July! My family and I are homeless do to them and the staff there! They didn’t care at all and just now tried to call and see are we still homeless! Not to forget they had us running back in forth for 2 in half month before moving date and still didn’t help! Worst situation ever! Its not worth the FBI CHECK THEY DO ON YOU! FRFR

It took about 3 months with all the paperwork and everything to move in here. Getting qualified and approved is lengthy because, ya know, government stuff just be that way. But India helped out so much and made it go much more smoothly. So if you need someplace next week, this isn’t it. But if you’re willing to wait for something much nicer, this is worth it.

But now that I’m here, I’m really loving it. It’s super nice. I get complimented whenever I have friends over. It’s new, it’s spacious, the closets are to die for, the kitchen is a joy to cook in, and just generally it’s better than pretty much any place I’ve lived. Oh and the ceilings are ridiculously tall. Super nice.

Absolutely love the staff, they work with urgency and they truly are just genuine people. I am satisfied with their urgency to get the process moving. India and her team have been great. Thank you guys. My son and I are super excited to have come across this place. Keep up the great job!

Myself, my husband &&& our ONE YEAR OLD Son viewed this place in APRIL! That same day, we applied, got approved & began the “PROCESS”. We were currently living in Lewisville which is a 30 minute drive without traffic. I mentioned that because we physically went there 15 or more times back & forth from April up until the END of June. If it wasn’t paperwork that was “missing”, it was something that needed to be signed. If it wasn’t something that needed to be signed, it was something that needed to be turned in. If it wasn’t something that needed to be turned in, it was something THEY missed on their end & needed it to be corrected. Mind you, we applied in APRIL. Told them our lease was up on JULY 4th. 3 wks prior to our lease ending, we still didn’t have a “move in date”. Still was waiting on our “PAPERWORK” to be sent off & was requiring for us to have “bank account verifications”. Why? I have no idea, never dealt with that EVER BEFORE. John, whom we THOUGHT were trying everything he could to make sure we weren’t going to be homeless, proved us differently. Their communication was null/void. We moved out of our apartment on July 4th with nowhere to go & a week later we’re JUST now receiving an “email”, not a PHONE CALL.an EMAIL about still staying their. Ohhh, but wait.they’re missing something else. The absolute WORSE EXPERIENCE of our lives & i really pray NO ONE else has had to experience what we are currently experiencing. I have cried & been upset for MONTHS. Every time we went up there, it was always “This is the last thing”. The lies! So upsetting. Never wanted my son to experience such hurt. Glad he is ONLY ONE & will not remember this.

Went to go tour here and the lady was so rude. She wouldn't even show me the unit, she was just harassing me about income. I know this is low income housing, but if a prospect comes in wanting a tour, you should just give it to them, instead of questioning them so much.

This is a great place to live! India is very professional and personable. The property is maintained very well. A reasonably quiet place to libe. I love it here!

Looks nice outside and ok inside. Typical income sensitive complex. Questionable wiring and construction. Staff is however, pleasant and helpful. Nice trees and play areas. Well maintained. Pool is almost always open and clean.

Love this place, great environment, and great staff! It's a quiet place to live if you have a quiet personality. The process is long but it's worth the wait!
