The Village Park reviews
3 1. Everything is outdated.
2. Wall is nothing, you can literally hear your neighbor arguing, fortunately they moved.
3. They have a strong affinity for exterior beautification, but the use of paint emits an unpleasant odor. If they decide to paint your neighbor's master bedroom's bathroom, be prepared for the smell to infiltrate your own bathroom and bedroom and linger for several days. I can only hope that exposure to this doesn't result in any health issues for me. Hopefully they can send us a email notifying us a painting job nearby beforehand so I can sleep in my friends' house.
4. Water leakage.
5. Roaches, ants, bugs.
The village park outside surroundings are nice and it's a neighborhood to go on walks or jog. However, the apartments are really outdated. The insides are filled with old appliances, cabinets, cupboards and structures. Yet, they keep increasing rent to compete with modern apartments. If your thinking about renting, make sure you view inside first. Also, the washer and dryer in the laundry room are always down like every two weeks and do not work properly.
My jeep was stolen from the village park and my roommate/friends have had multiple break ins, the front office had nothing to say about this except it’s a dallas problem, they wouldn’t let me view the footage and they wouldn’t help at all, the Smith Patrol was also no help and clearly isn’t monitoring the area
