The Villages at Louetta Apartments, Spring TX

I use to stay in the apartment. The manager is ️ no comments.we had bad mildew under the kitchen cabinet. And in the bathroom on the air vent.and they never answered the phone

Jeremias He does very good job and service and he's always there When we need him I told him about the outside light he right away fix it.

We've lived here for 2 1/2 years and during this time we've only had minor maintenance problems which Dwayne came and fixed within an appropriate amount of time. It's a nice quite complex but sometimes finding a parking space is difficult.

Dwayne did an awesome job fixing my AC, he also went above and beyond checking daily to make sure it was working properly.

I have lived here for two years and love it! It’s peaceful and quiet. Paula Restrepo, our assistant manager, is awesome and is always helpful and courteous.

Your team is Poor at best, I was mislead at every turn, no one answers the phone ever, left a voice mail for an initial walk thru and got a return call 3 days later, called back to follow up no answer, only to randomly drive in and there be 3 ppl on staff just chilling in their offices, not working laughing and chilling, I was then told by apply if I was denied only $50 of the $150 app/admin fee would be at risk, that too was a lie, got an instant denial waited a week and the $100 admin fee was not returned. This place is a joke, Chelsea is scatterbrained and full of misinfo, the property Manger never stop to say hi or welcome me to the property although he walked by 3xs! Im glad I didn't end up here! Would have bn a major mistake!

Completely unacceptable service, when requesting maintenance issues to be fixed. Reoccurring issues do not get fixed in a timely manner, if they’re fixed at all.

I've lived here for 3 years. It's a nice community. Very family friendly. The maintenance manager, Dwayne, is amazing! He is always friendly and gets jobs done as soon as possible. Great staff, great location!

I’m a new resident here at villages of Louetta. Almost a month here. I’ve had to contact office about my account and maintenance issues. I will say the staff is nice and can be helpful but sometimes being nice don’t always mean the job gets done. It just helps to know someone understands your frustration. I do like my apartment and the location itself. The section I’m in is quiet and neighbors speak and mind their own business for the most part. I gave the complex a three because I had to contact maintenance 3 times for the same issue and it’s still ongoing and other concerns I had. Everyone has a different experience and some maybe able to relate to my experience while others may not. If your reading this review I hope it helps make a decision about your move. I can’t speak for everyone else but I don’t have regrets just yet but only time will tell.

I have personally lived here in 2014. It was awesome back then too. Just decided to move closer to my job. I moved back in 2019 it has always been nice, great quiet place to live. My wife and I both for Klein ISD now, well is another great reason to live here. Nice clean pool, friendly maintenance and staff. This past year with covid, they try to what is best for residents as far safety. Any problems arise they fix promptly. And also great location.

Uncomfortable place to live water bill overcharged, if complain about Neighbour for making noise of foot steps they don’t take any actions and the people at the office just don't care.

Living is good there but management is worst and they do overcharges with poor service.

Poor management, over charges for no reason, parking problems, guest problems, hidden charges. Tow for no reason you have to pay 250$ if towed
