The Villas at Shaver Apartments, Pasadena TX

There is no type of security in the mailboxes which the thieves open and close as they see fit, otherwise they were trying to steal my car in the parking lot INSIDE THE APARTMENT COMPLEX! SECURITY IS TERRIBLE!

Been living here for two years never have any problems Maintance staff is always good and quick on fixing thing’s the girls in the office are very helpful love them thank you villas at shaver team for being such good people

Broke my knife holder. The broken piece was on the floor. Still waiting on pest control to come out. The dishwasher worked but it had been messed up prior to me moving in. It shuffles around water that has been sitting at the bottom, causing my dished to no be washed correctly.

I don't like when it's time to renew my rent goes up way to much, and it coming up again, and I'm scared to see what it's going to be this time

Nasty, Roach infested. For 1300.00 a Month. So many violations. Management is horrible. Don't take your family here to live here. It's miserable.

I lived here for one year and I love it signed for another year. Its quite everyone is nice and I never had problem.

The person who helped us to get the apartment was fabulous, but the complex always have kids running everywhere and residents from upstairs make lot of noise walking and throwing this on the floor, or maybe its just the floor its so tiny that you can hear everything they doing upstairs.

I love it here the maintenance guys are awesome and the office staff are awesome as well. They have been very helpful and almost everytime I put in a maintenance request it gets done quickly. Vanessa was very sweet and helpful.

The manager was so helpful and informative she was really nice, but the maintenance guy seems like he has an attitude

The leasing office is very quick to resolve any issues. The maintenances maintains the property very nicely. The neighbors are very respectful.

It’s peaceful here beautiful apartments inside and out! Front office staff incredible always nice and get whatever it is that you need done.

Ms. Vanessa is a great manager, she works with you and I'm really grateful. The place is beautiful. I can't wait to move in!
