The Vineyards at Trophy Club Apartments

Great location, easy access to 114! Great restaurants close by in Roanoke and Trophy Club. Maintenance is always prompt and respectful to any concerns. I’ve never had an issue living here that wasn’t resolved the same day.

Lived here for three years and have enjoyed the space! The staff is wonderful, maintenance is very responsive and helpful, and the location is great for access to everything in the Trophy Club/Southlake/Grapevine area. I'm still surprised at how well they know and remember who I am, even though I've rarely interacted with the staff outside of renewing my lease and a few work orders to keep the apartment maintained. They have a wonderful personal touch, and it really feels like home.

Excellent staff, great parking, clean property! The closet is a little small but not prohibitively so. Close to work and lots of entertainment and shopping opportunities:) Trash valet is super easy and they never miss pickups like I've had at other complexes! I don't hear my neighbors through the walls like at other places either!

Absolutely love the southern hospitality here. Alongside the availability of these folks in making sure they take care of any queries, I'm looking forward to this experience from the reviews I've read thus far. Love the country feel here in the city. Would really recommend it here 100000% y'all Thanks Lori and Loretta for being so beautiful. I have lived here many years and the customer service and help with maintenance items has been more than 5 stars! The place is quiet and problem free. I don’t ever see any vagrants around the property. The property is always so pretty and well kept.

We have been living here for almost 8 years. The office staff is good and quick to respond to your queries. The maintenance supervisor Isidro and his staff are awesome. They are friendly, quick to respond to your service requests, and efficient in fixing the issues. The location is great and the price point is decent.

The office has been very helpful. Always answering the phone and calling back if they do miss your call. I haven't moved yet but very exited. Everything looks very clean and well kept.

I’ve been living at vineyards for a while it’s definetly going down instead of getting better. I travel a lot with my job so they have the e-sign link available for you to sign and renew your lease but after I intial and signed everything they still charged me an extra 200.00 month to month fee. I emailed the office and asked them to please print off any documentations that I needed to sign and put it under my door I never got anything delivered. Why offer electronic signature on anything if it’s not valid. Also I was out of 450.00 for hard water damage to my car they run the sprinklers year round so if the sprinkler system is hitting car on a daily basis be ready for damage to your car. Now I have to park my car on the street. This will definitely be my last yr here! The maintenance crew are the only good thing I can say about this place. Then some guy by the name of will called I’m trying to explain that the sprinkler system in the winter hits the stairwell and causes it to freeze and it’s a hazardous issues he gets mad and said he’s not having it! He’s telling me that we’ve talked before that I lived in Arlington NO we have never spoke and I don’t know who you spoke too but it wasn’t me! DO NOT RENT here! I just hung up why call if you don’t want to hear a complaint smh

Compare with other neighborhoods this is place awesome, amenities are good and service requests especially resolved timely only issue Lease manager not treating people nicely
