The Vitamin Shoppe, Plano TX

Things have changed for this chain it seems the quarantine has affected stock and available of products. You would think that with the buying power of a corporate chain prices and promotions could be better. Unfortunately they don't value loyalty of their clients to offer better prices than other places... Only if you use online, subscription of products. Face to face purchasing makes a difference, especially when the day I was there, there was 3 sales people in the store? Why?

New manager and his people are rude and very unhelpful. I will never be back. GNC is much better and I can get same products or order directly from manufacturers for less money.

The sales people stand next to you while you are deciding what you want to get. Very friends but extremely intrusive and annoying. The funny thing is, the last time I was there and this happened they were in training so this is how their corporate office tells them to sell.

Great prices they will price match their website and helpful staff. I'm always greeted when I come in the store. Would recomend this location. Staff is also very knowledgeable on their products.

I like Vitamin Shoppe but I do not like this Vitamin Shoppe because they are not friendly and I will not return here until I see smiles and friendliness thank you

Very knowledgable no matter who is working. Cool thing is everyone is in shape too bc they use some of the stuff there or at they say so

The employee at the register would rather debate with over aggressive customers instead of tell them to step aside so he could ring out waiting customers or call the other employee from the back to help him. Instead I put my products back on the shelf and told the clerk 'see you later' sarcastically. His response was 'sorry there was nothing I could do'. Hogwash you get the other clerk to help waiting customers. There were no browsing customers. Only ones delayed in the checkout line. Will not patronize this location any longer.

Extremely helpful friendly employees that don’t impose. Makes shopping there a great experience

Prices are high, but unfortunately I see that all through the vitamin/supplement industry. I have found products there that I couldn't locate elsewhere. They have been cheaper than GNC when I've done direct comparisons.

I placed an online order for store pick up and was told by the store they would have my product for me. I went to the store and they sold it to someone else. I contacted customer service and they told me my product was still active and I could pick it up so I made a trip back to the store and once again I was told that the item was being held for someone else and my money would be refunded.
