The Warwick, Houston TX

Great atmosphere and service. I stopped by to kill some time before a meeting and only had a few drinks. The bartender, Mona, was very friendly and made me an amazing old-fashioned. She took the opportunity to share some upcoming events as well as featured menu items. I regularly work in the area and will definitely come by again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and food. Montey was an excellent and attentive server. 5 stars. I will be back.

Ambiance was great, our waiter Montey K, was awesome! He had a comprehensive knowledge of the menu and the food was awesome!

My card was overcharged on my birthday 2/19 at brunch. Ive called the restaurant 5 times in regards to the situation and no return calls. Everytime i get someone on the phone they give me the run around saying this manager not available or someone will
call back. Overall the food was great but i will not be returning to this establishment

It was my first time here with my best friend, and we were so happy we came! Montey gave great service and was very attentive. Give that man a bonus! We enjoyed everything from beginning to end. We will definitely be back!

We celebrated my cousins birthday this Sunday and had a phenomenal experience. The food was absolutely amazing! The saxophonist was a great addition to the ambiance. Loved the oldies he was playing and his charisma. Lastly, Misha was a most memorable part of our experience. He not only gave us fantastic service, but his genuineness and kindness was refreshing. We loved having him serve us and appreciated his checkins. We all agreed we only want him to be our server when we come if he is available.

Amazing restaurant! Fidel took really good care of us and made our brunch very enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! The wait staff and food servers appear to go out of their way to make each customer's dining experience exceptional! The food is delicious and reminds me of eating at my grandmother's house!

The Warwick is simply AMAZING. From the food and the service. Exceptional food around the table everything was raved over. From the spinach stuffed salmon topped w/ crab, to the Cajun pasta, the shrimp po’boy and even the cheddar burger! There was one server Kenneth who stood out and went above and beyond. He knows the menu from top to bottom and is very professional.

OMG! Kenneth was one of the BEST servers I have experienced in all of my dining ventures! I don't know about your other servers, but he elevated this experience! His presentation of the menu options, great eye contact and non-verbal skills are the example for others to follow.we will return again. If I could give a 10 rating, I would. KUDOS to Kenneth!

Food was top tier definitely coming back for brunch & so was the service our server Kenneth went through the menu so well their wasn’t any room for questions lol.

To start I want to thank James the manager and Manuel our server for making this a great experience for me and my family. Many birthdays to celebrate here. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we've had in a while. Service, food, ambience was impeccable. Appreciate you guys so much for accommodating from the bottles of wine to the seating arrangements. Jerk lamb chops were to die for. Fried lobster tails were the best I've ever had. Charbroiled oysters best in the city. Keep up the great work guys!

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant Warwick. The service is unmatched. Our Server Kenneth, is the best. He made our experience delightful. The food was absolutely amazing, melting in our mouths. This was the best meal my Wife & I had. While

The food was exceptional I had the stuffed spinach salmon with risotto instead of the pasta but it was delicious! Also our server Kenneth was the best recommend you stop by and try them out for lunch! And if you can get a spot in Kenneth section!

First of all this restaurant allegedly says it's upscale. My wife and I arrived there and it sounds as though if I am in a club and not a restaurant music is very loud. We order an appetizer of shrimp that was very stringy and overcooked. The salad was okay. My wife got the lobster and it was very soggy and stringy. I bought the lamb chops and they were terribly flavored, I returned my dish for a chicken dish that was just as bad. To talk the whole night off I was charged a 20% added gratuity to the ticket which I have lived in Houston most of my life and Dine Out 3 days a week I have never seen this done I think it is very unprofessional of a restaurant to do this. Tipping a server is done upon Services performed to the customer it should not be added in before the ticket is done. It's beyond belief how this restaurant has good ratings from the management down it's very subpar. One of my worst experiences in the restaurant and quite a long time and by the way this is one of my only negative reviews I have ever left on the restaurant. Do not waste your time to come here or you will be dissatisfied, there is plenty of other restaurants in Houston that would appreciate your business.

DJ was an amazing waiter! He was very attentive to our needs and made great recommendations!
