The Wash Factory Car Wash, Denton TX

I have been using this car wash since I moved here 3 years ago. They must have changed ownership or something. The vacuum area is filthy, the vacuums broken or not working, they stopped pre-spraying the front of the car. I tried to contact someone but they don't call back. Guess I'm going one last time to cancel my plan since the customer service number and email appear to go nowhere.

Have given this place many tries and even have a membership. Will be canceling this immediately. The car wash itself is awful, never gets your car clean. I don’t expect it to be spotless by any means. Also, the vacuums don’t work and if they do they are falling apart. No suction whatsoever. Spend your money elsewhere

I go here a lot and never had a problem. But last week the attendant working was day dreaming I guess, he didn't take down my back windshield wiper and of course I thought it was weird, and when I got out to clean the inside, my back wiper broke right in half. I went and reported immediately to the Manager, he handed me a card with a number on it to call. When I call this number all I get is to leave a message and someone will call me back. Then I asked for a replacement car wash since only half of my car was clean, he said he couldn't do that or even refund my money. The employees working were Blake and Jake. I'm still waiting to get a call back and get this accident resolved.

The employees are always decent and its not as filthy as other reviews make it seem, however while their hours show that they're open from 7 AM - 8 PM half the time I come during those hours the car wash is closed and blocked off. What's the point of posting hours if you aren't going to follow them?

The wash itself was fine, but as other reviews have said, most of the vacuum hoses aren't even installed in the bays. Those that are there are missing the slots to hold them in place when not in use, so they just get tossed on the ground. The suction on the house I was able to use was so poor I just left, I have a shop vac at home that can do a better job.

Generally y'all are great. Just wish you'd train the newcomers to Always spray cars that enter the wash. Show me that simple, easy adjustment and I'll be happy to score 5 outta 5.

This is one of the best "ride-thru car washes that I have seen in years. Free vacuums makes it an even bigger plus.

Still here. Paid for 17 wash. I am finishing the wash by hand. The front looked like it never got touched. I would like to also note that upon drying my car with a cloth, I notice scratches all over my paint. There had a few prior but never on roof on top of trunk. These look like someone took a wool pad and ran it across it.

They say they open at 7, but the vacuums are rarely on by then. This location is much more worn out and poorly managed in comparison to their other locations.

Been a member for months now (pay 20$ a month), and never had a problem with this company. I’ve been noticing I’ve been getting scratches on my car and noticed its the same directions where the rags hit my car. I’ve called the head manger and asked what we can do, “I’ve never heard any accidents like this happened, but what we can do is just cancel the membership”

I have a love hate relationship here. It's ripped my licence plate off and a windshield wiper but I still love the wash and vacuum cleaners. I wanted cancel but was left with a very rude response I really don't want stop coming but I have to replace my whiper and license plate first and can't cancel unless I go through the wash again I was told. Just sad.

I love this place! If you live nearby, do yourself a favor and get the membership. For the price of 1 wash you get unlimited washes for a month. They give you a sticker for your windshield that scans you in automatically. Free interior wipes and vacuums every time you come as well.

Price changes are annoying at best. Called to cancel my membership due to damage done to my vehicle. I didn't ask for reimbursement as I knew the risk and they didn't offer. Had to leave a voicemail on an auto system that picks up and it takes up to 48 hours to get a response back. When I do I'm told I have to come up and cancel in person. Fine. Fast forward about 2 weeks when I finally have part of a day off work to get over there I'm met by a woman that has an attitude because I asked to make sure that my card will be cancelled immediately. She tells me they require 7 days notice. Well that was never left in the voicemail. I tell her as much and she said it was because the managers aren't always on site and because one just got back from a business trip that it would be taken care of today. I explained to her that the machines had damaged my car and there wasnt even an apology. Just a nasty expression on her face. Overall the product is straightforward but the customer service aspect leaves more than a bit to be desired. Would not necessarily recommend but proceed with caution.

I only get the basic car wash or the second level now that the price has more than tripled since they originally opened. I don’t feel like there is much difference between wash’s until you get to the pricey ones and at that point I might as well go to a spot where they vacuum and hand dry the car for me. The vacuums are pretty amazing tho! That’s the main reason I go now!

A vehicle 2 cars in front of me put their brakes on. The rails ran me into the car in front of me and the car behind me was then pushed into my car. The management wrote out a report and told me they would be in contact with me. They just called me and said I would need to file a claim and have my insurance call the insurance of the vehicle at fault Also, I would have needed to get that persons insurance information the day it happened. I was never instructed to do nor did they tell me why it happened. I guess I’m just stuck with scratched bumpers.

It's ok but they just did another price increase.update now unlimited was and vacuuming for 10.20.30 a month depending on package you pick

BEWARE! This place did $1500 worth of damage to the side of my car, then denied responsibility. Apparently one of the sponges came loose from its metal housing, and the metal scraped and gouged my car down to bare metal.
Yeah, my insurance covered it, but what about my deductible, my time dealing with the insurance company, my time going for an estimate, and then my time having the repairs done?
The worker at the place who took pictures and filed the report right after it happened acted like it was no big deal and happened all the time.
Never take your vehicle here unless you want to risk going through the same thing. I had used it probably five times before with no problem, but that ONE time there's a problem, it's a big one.

Use at your own risk! This is extremely rough on your car. It snapped my mirror off, and like other reviews say, they never offered to pay for it. Thanks, but no thanks. Cheap carwahes are not worth repairing my car after coming here.

Cheap, easy, and quick car wash. They offer memberships as well for discounted car washes. There is usually a staff member at the kiosk to assist you if need it. Free vacuuming is available if you purchase a car wash.
