We came today and got the basic membership, so far everything looks good! By the way come today cause’ they have deals and the place it’s really cozy!

I had paid $79 for a detail and I had to go back and have them to redo my vehicle because it had water stains on the front of my vehicle and one side of it was done in the corner but the other side wasn't done. I had to help them with the vehicle in order to get it done correctly. He said that the manager said that I wanted the dash board and the mirrors done, so I had requested to speak with the manager and he wasn't available because he was on a important call. I was going to have them to do the detail with cleaning my seats and carpet

169 to have truck detailed inside and out. Not worth it at all. Still have dirt inside vents, on seats base boards and exterior still has dirt and and not wiped down.

Worst location to work at, had a interview scheduled for 2 weeks and they told me as i arrived they couldn’t do it.not even a call ahead of time.smh. 0 stars is what i wish to give this location.

Unfortunately, my first time and last time coming to this place. Incredibly disappointing experience.

The staff was professional and kind. However, the wash and exterior detail took over 2 and a half hours. It’s sad to say after I was informed it was ready, the car still needed to be touched up (carpet was clearly not vacuumed, the lining was dirty). The manager did apologize and asked what else they could do. It’s not the professionalism but the quality of work at this location. It may be a one time occurrence but it will be my last one.

Tosh did an excellent job detailing the interior of my truck. And getting the dog smell out.

I forgot about membership for over a year and they refunded me for 12 months and credited me for 5 months. Very professional and best customer service I’ve ever received.

Tanya who checks in the cars at this location is always so friendly and helpful. She’s knowledgeable about all the services offered and makes sure my car is well taken care of. Her customer service skills are top notch!

They were fast and interior of car was cleaned but there we a few spots that there were missed on carpet. But overall, it was a good job.

This has been the best location I’ve been to, by far. Isaac, the manager, is always so welcoming and greets you with a smile when you pull up. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get taken care of. The standards they wash your vehicle to are great! I love the way I always get my car back. Highly recommend!

This location on Bandera Road list their price at $69.00 for the interior super clean single detail option. The older lady charged me an additional $10.00 for a third tow expedition saying the vehicle is large. When I went to get my daughter’s dodge journey which is a smaller suv she charged the same additional $10.00. I don’t mind paying for upgrades, but she obviously is just charging her story on the size of the vehicle to charge the extra $10.00. Just put on the sign starting at 69.00 and depending on the vehicle size. The other wash tub on FM 1560 the price is as advertised. I will not be returning to the Bandera location.
