The Wash Tub, Kerrville TX

Friendly staff but poor job cleaning windows, crevices and details (if they even attempted them). It wasn't busy when I went, so seems like laziness.

I have a 2018 Ford Escape. And it's just me and my husband, so our car isn't messy. The exterior of my car is always good. But the interior could be improved. My windshield always ends up with streaks, and I don't think they even wipe down the dashboard.

I have been using them for years at several locations, this was the worst after spending $138.00 I had to do cleaning the interior, as the gentleman who did it missed everything. Didn’t even do the back seats.
Heck they didn’t even clean the interior windshield. I would not be a customer of this location again.

The worst Not sure they did anything but just drive it through. Same spots are on it inside and out as when I brought it in I asked for interior detailing The guy said, “all we do is vacuum and a light dusting. ” and even then he seriously overstated the case.
Almost everyone, except for one young man was just standing around. The worst The absolute worst. A complete and utter waste of money and time.

I applaud the respectful employees, minus the manager. Said he would get right with me, and I never heard from him again. They did a good job on most of it, but they either completely forgot some spots that I specifically requested some special attention (center console) or just left it over all dirtier than when I took it in. Not to mention whatever cleaning solution they used left spots all over my radio area.

I give FIVE stars on respectful employees! From the greeter to the finish guys, nothing buy good things to say. It’s yes m’am and I appreciate that. They will re-do whatever you ask. It screaming HOT and I think they did a great job on my truck. I felt guilty going in during the heat, but couldn’t stand the bugs anymore on the front of my truck. Have a monthly membership. Ryan the manager always running around keeping up with what is going on.

Too much money for a job not finished! I had to get them to finish the interior clean!
Wasted money

I dropped my truck off for the complete interior detailing at 8: 20 am. It wasn't ready until about 3: 30. But, they did an excellent job. I am well pleased with the work done.

Still not the best car wash. Can do so much better taking it thru a drive through car wash and doing it yourself. I only pay $16 instead of $40 and a half way clean vehicle.

Had several stains throughout car's interior seats and carpet. They got them out and it looks great. Thanks for a great job.

I've been here twice now with my bmw and just left. It was the same experience both times. Interior was great and paid extra for the tires but both times they left wheels untouched as far as not even a wipe down. My fault this time as I didn't check and just assumed the first one was a fluke. Make sure you double check the people doing the final wipe down and make sure they do a decent job.

I paid over 300 for interior detailing and the seat was so wet I had to soak it up with a towel, which was white when I started, brown by the time I was done. Not to mention the gunk and dirt left behind in between the seats that wasn't vacuumed, the cupholder still had gunk it it, definitely not worth the price I paid, I'd share pictures if it would let me.

Update: Marco I cried after you called I am just so overwhelmed. For context my car was stolen the day after I had it detailed. I was outside trying to soak up some of the moisture from the seats and had my windows down to air it out, a man was watching me and when I went inside he got in my car and drove off. I've been in shock and still can't believe this happened it's awful. Marco called and I told him what happened and he was so kind and understanding. Your kindness just brought me to tears after the stressful weekend I've had. Thank you sincerely, I really needed that after all this craziness. Thank you for genuinely caring.

The Washtub is a hit or a miss! Sometimes they do a great job and other times they do an okay job. I wish they would post more on their FB if they’re going to open up late/not open at all. I arrived at 8 am to get my car detailed and waited 30 minutes before leaving since they still weren’t open. I even called the day before to make sure I had the right time. I drove by around 10 am and they were open. Not sure if it was a late start or something else. I ended up going to another place to detail my car. I’ll probably be back… or not.

The worst car wash ever, I had to come home and re-wipe the truck. They did not vacuum the inside, streaks every where. Do not use! $35 wasted!

When I bought my car they "gave" me a year of "free" car washes at The Wash Tub. When I went the first time I wasn't very happy and thought it was that location but I was wrong! This time I was in Kerrville, TX and ended up turning around and going back to have them fix what they didn't clean the first two times! The old saying, "there's no such thing as a free lunch really applies to this place. Not just the the Kerrville location but it must be corporate wide. My mama always taught me that if I didn't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all, but.if I can save somebody paying for a car wash then I don't think I've done anything so bad. I remember the salesman telling me that I could go there every day for a year to get my car washed, if that's what I wanted. With what I've seen, it would take every day for a year to get it clean! I thought I was being generous with 2 stars.

The wash was good but the towel dry was horrible. Found the employee drying the outside of the doors then wiping the interior of the doors with same towel. My interior looked awful and had to take it home to finish. The trim was never taken care of. Last 2 washes were this way. Quality going down
