The Wash Tub, San Antonio TX

It was pretty good. Tried their Ultimate Ceramic Correction on my new/used truck since it was previously washed with a car wash brush. Took alot of scratches out but not all. Truck looked really shiny and clean though. Not a bad alternative to the 900.00/1000.00 services out there.

I have a club member pass, and I will say this. It is absolutely worth it. They wipe down the vehicle vacuum and clean the windows all for an affordable and very reasonable price. They pamper your vehicle and treat you with respect. I recommend a visit for a thorough cleaning.

Only gave one star because zero was not available. Asked for a detail and inside was still dirty.

My personal opinion I'm very disappointed. I tell you to be very careful Dont leave your personal things inside the vehicle. Went to this place on Monday, April 5 in the morning, I took my Toyota 4 Runner for cleaning service. It was my second time visit the car wash and I got distracted and left my wallet at the door on the driver's side and my wallet disappeared from my car by magic, I spoke with the manager he told me that they checked the cameras and they did not see anything according to him I accept that It was an oversight on my part, but situations like that shouldn't happen in places like this type of place, very unfortunate, the situation I'm going to cancel my membership.

Great place. I never had a problems with them. For some strange reason they always miss cleaning the inside passenger windshield. Other than that I really recommend this place.

Met 1 of the mgrs, Roman & he & his team made sure my car was cleaned & vacuumed the best it could be without upgrading for further detail. They were respectful and listened to my requests. Celina at the front desk is really friendly patient & helpful, too. Oh, and also, Roman said they were going to have a customer appreciation day on 10/27.

I paid $34.99 and it was not worth it. I could’ve done better. They did a horrible job, I paid for a detail job and I did not get that. They did not detail my car, I had to tell them to wash my mats after they had said my car was ready.definitely not worth paying $34.99!

Not sure what’s going on with Management at this location. As I drive up everyone looks miserable, not a smile on sight. Manager helping up front started yelling at me to prove a point. I had to tell him to let it go because he kept going at it. Visiting MARBACH location today and the approach was much better.

Pretty good customer service and Carlos and his team did an amazing job cleaning the interior and exterior. Would definately go back

They always do a good job. Downside is to have to check and point out some misses on vacuuming or not cleaning the inside mirror

I gave them a star because of their nice cashiers but the people that clean the car interiors are idiotic. Considering I got the most expensive cleaning option I would've expected a detailed cleaning not some garbage minimal effort job. Watching one of their workers hold up a car mat and smack it with the suction hose like he would rather beat the rug clean than vacuum it was about the dumbest thing I could've witnessed. Hope they enjoyed not getting a tip and getting a crappy review.

Not too pleased with the results. 2 out of the last 3 times I have had my car detailed here I have had to have them revaccum the car because of large leaves behind left behind. Paid for the super wash and there were streak marks on everything on the interior and spots that were not even "dressed". Just laziness. Not worth the membership imo. Might just be this location but I am not happy with the service.

This place is great if you were wanting to waste your money and clean your car yourself. I could've gotten the neighborhood children to do a better job. Interior cleaning was poorly done and there was still crumbs and trash in the cup holders.what a complete lack of effort.

Absolutely had such a great experience at this wash tub. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They informed me on what services they had. Super clean and neat. It was very welcoming, definitely going to come back!

This washtub is so amazing! Carlos and his team were very helpful and sweet. Definitely 10/10 recommend. Great service, definitely will be coming back!

Sloppy and lazy at times. Some employees work hard and others do it 1/2 ass. One time they lost my keys with zero compensation. I’ll just detail my own car in the future. Minimal pride in their work.: (

Have been going here for about a year, always a catch or miss situation depending on who’s working on your car. For the most part, there’s still streaks on my black SUV and never really vacuumed correctly. I just about had it with my last visit, I was waiting on the patio with 3 toddlers, my teen, and my mom, watching my car being worked on. My car was not called out and next thing I know, they park my car on the other side of the lot. I was thinking to myself ‘What in the world? ! I have to walk across this busy parking lot with all my kids? ! They didn’t even call out my car! ’ There we go, across the parking lot. I see the usual dirty streaks on the outside. Buckling all my babies in their seats realized, the 3rd row bench wasn’t vacuumed, no big deal because the guy ran away before I could tip him anyway. Later that evening when I got home, I realized 1 of my car mats was missing. Called, spoke to the GM, he said he reviewed the camera footage and my mats were never taken out of my car. My always dirty mats were ridiculously clean, leading me to believe they were taken out and cleaned, maybe they forgot to put one back. But, the GM says they did not take my mats out and it wasn’t them. I know it was them because I absolutely never ever take out my mats. Now I’m stuck buying new car mats. I will not be going back because the sticky car mat bandit might fool me again!

Wash job was not great, but sort of average. The real problem is that they broke my license plate holder, ripped out one of the retaining bolts and lost it. I waited about 20 minutes and nobody did anything to rectify that.

Excellent service, overall. They do have occasional brain-farts, but they quickly make things right.
