I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. I had a difficult sizing issue with a vintage watch that no jeweler in town was able to help me with. Thankfully I heard about The Watchmaker. These guys are super kind, helpful and truly experts when it comes to watches. They figured out my tricky sizing issue and actually fixed my watch while I waited. I’ll definitely be back!

Toby is one of the most incredible men I've met in my life his taste in the arts and crafts of his trade are for a Hollywood movie. His shop is not only Excentic it's also a museum of some of the most highest end quality that Tyler has ever seen. Thanks for being you Toby

Toby and the staff at The Watchmaker were all incredible. I wish I could give them more stars. They all were so polite and professional. I took my kids with me and they showed them how to work on watches while at the same time skilled professionals worked on all of my watches. They did 5 watches in less than an hour and everything was a great price! Loved this place and will be back.

Reasonable prices for cleaning and battery replacement. Really pleasant and helpful employees. This little shop is a bit hard to get to and get out of, but it's worth it.

My wife and I went in on our shared birthday as an errand to size my wifes wedding ring and it ended up being the highlight of our day. The staff and owner are really fun and engaging. We ended up having more fun there than our birthday celebration. My wife actually wanted to stay in the store and hang out with them rather go to our dinner reservations. The owner Tobi spent the time to size her ring properly and discuss her day to day routine to figure out if she would swell and what kind of leeway she should have in the size. The quality of work on the ring sizing was impeccable we cant even see the seem where they cut and polished.
He makes his own jewelry as well and it's AMAZING stuff. Highly detailed with a lot of character and different patinas/finishes. I recommend going in just to see the cool stuff (high end knives, leatherworks, EDC supplies etc.) they sell. You won't see this kind of stuff elsewhere.

Replaced battery on a watch, repaired another watch band. Great selection of watches & knives! Definitely will use in the future.

People there were very helpful and friendly. Anything from armitron to rolex, they are the people you want to go to.

I have used The Watchmaker on several occasions. I have found them to exceptional, in areas of the quality of work, their honesty, timeliness of the task and the affordability of the work. They can repair any jewelry, replace stones and clean jewelry, and modify sizes, plus more. I would highly recommend this Business. We're lucky to have them in Tyler!

I love walking into the shop. They have the best watch and knife selection. I picked up a new poker prybar, and I am in love with it.

Such an awesome place, so much cool stuff. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, beautiful knives, and pocket watches. Alot of cool custom knifes as well, been coming here 3 years straight. It is now a tradition for my family to come here every time we visit.

Fast friendly service! I went in for a watch battery during my lunch hour, and I was impressed with their vast selection of watches, knives and custom jewelry. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend, and I will be back when I am not so pressed for time!
