The Wheel Kitchen reviews
16First time here and I must say I'm very pleased with this restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and sweet. The food was delicious and everything was fresh. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and come back.
Food is really good. I'm talking REALLY good. The croissants are buttery. Flaky. Amazing. Try several different coffees here. My votes: creamy cayenne, vanilla hazelnut, and snickerdoodle.
Absolutely fantastic! Taylor was exceptional and the place was adorable. Find your way there or if you're lucky stumble upon it like us!
Excellent service! I made a reservation for a bridal shower and everything was better than expected. The table setting with nice decorations, food and cake were delicious!
Highly recommended
Cute, casual setting. Food is good but over-priced. The beer and food servings seemed a bit small especially compared to the prices. The main reason for the rating is the frustrating poor service we received. Had to wait 25-30 minutes for our beers. Had to go inside to find the waiter to take our dinner order and later to ask for our bill. No-one ever checked on us and there were only 2 tables of patrons when we were there. Would have ordered additional drinks and dessert, but we got tired of the waiting.
Not for me.
This place is absolutely adorable. I really hope they get better service. 40 minutes trying to close out. Finally got ahold of a super sweet girl but I certainly wouldn’t come here in a hurry. Also the food and coffee was cold by the time I received it. The gentleman that sat across from me had a similar experience.
Very cute place. Outdoor seating is plenty and charming. Menu includes variety of food and special coffees/blend. You will love this place.
Taylor our server, was polite and kind, even with a 2 y/o. The Strawberry Salad and Poke Bowl (pictured) were beautiful colors, flavorful, and utterly delicious.
My gf had suggested this place as I had never tried, and it did not disappoint! We will be returning. Thank you for an enjoyable experience on the shaded patio!
Food is semi decent, overrated. I think people only pack this place in for the healthy options and the outdoor patio seating.
Tried for lunch but didn't stay to eat after all. Place was dirty and super loud with ongoing construction. We left after we got dirty glasses of water. Service was also very slow.
Incredibly courteous staff. Outstanding food. Wonderful farm setting with giant lawn for kids tonight play on. Two thumbs way up.
Absolutely incredible food and atmosphere. We live in the Heights area of Houston and we came here on a whim in between soccer games and the food is some of the best I’ve had in the Houston area. The patio was so nice and relaxing plus there is a ton of space for our boys to run around that doesn’t disturb diners. Taylor gave our large group outstanding service. I absolutely will venture out here again.we have games again tomorrow (Sunday) and disappointed it’s closed and we can’t come here again (we loved it that much)!
OMG the breakfast bowl is smashingly excellent! Very few items on the menu but totally worth it…. Maybe not the matcha though unless you add sugar lol
We came here for brunch on the patio; our server came around once and then never returned to our table. We sat there for over 20 minutes and didn’t even get waters. Since we couldn’t get anyone to help us, we decided we didn’t want to give this place our business and left.
Why haven't I been here before? ! The Mocha Cayanne Latte was spicy and delish! I had two. We went for breakfast at 9am and so glad we did. It does get busier around 10, lots of families. The back patio is nice and there is lots of room for kids to run. May not be the place is you're not kid friendly. Looking forward to trying their dinner/beer garden options.
We had a really good time, we order 6 different dishes and they were all delicious, great service from Victoria, and my toddler had a blast playing in the beer patio, definitely will come back.
