Windows were made to order within two weeks. The staff are incredible and helped us out by building an A frame on the spot for a dozen windows we ordered. Great pricing considering what the competition is.

We also buy our hardware there and it’s less expensive than Lowe’s and Home Depot.

There are two friendly guys in the back who will always stop and take the time to help with any questions. A tall white guy and a guy with longish hair who wears a cap. They always help us load our windows.

As a business we rely on other businesses for our success and this business has gone above and beyond to help us. We are truly appreciative and unequivocally recommend them to anyone requiring windows, doors, granite, hardware or cabinets.

There is no consistency when it comes to store hours. They seem to close for lunch at differing times everyday for an hour, which is very inconvenient if you are coming in from an hour away. We had this happen to us twice, and the first time I thought it was for a holiday, since there was a hand written note on the front door and it was MLK Day. The second time we went down they were closed again. Both times we had to drive around El Paso trying to kill time until they came back and reopened. They should just announce that they are closed for lunch every day from 12 to 12.30. What a haphazard way to run a business.

Took 6 weeks to process my credit card and everytime i call they tell me can you wait and no one actually talks to me! I live on the other side of the city and they just waste my time by hanging up every single time when im trying to make a payment!

Great Customer Service and great windows. Order and pick up were easy, they even helped load the windows in my truck. Definitely recommend to others!

Don't call by phone. They will either just hang up on you or put you on hold and forget about you.

It's been days since I went in for quote haven't heard from sales. Sorry to say what happened to customer service?
