I was in an accident on April 12 things started out rocky with the therapy sessions I was having to drive 32 minutes away from my house to go to therapy. They finally moved me closer to my home and I was able to get to therapy regularly. I had the MRI and was promised to see a pain management doctor back in June, its December and I still haven't been able to see the pain management doctor. I have a herniated disc and muscle straightening in my neck and there was no surgery offered to correct it I was just given a diagnosis and dismissed from therapy. I have been calling trying to get an update on my case since September 27th and everytime I call I am being told they are sending a demand letter. I feel I made a mistake signing with this firm and yes I am a real client, Tiffany Hall.

Horrible company! Their communication with their clients is non-existent and they can’t remember the lies they tell you from one conversation to the next. The only time I ever heard from this company was when I called them. If you are looking for a good attorney, look elsewhere!

I wouldn’t recommend this Law firm to nobody. I’ve been a client for about a year now and still no Settlement with my case and when I called no one respond back and give me any proper information. I also been with 3 different case managers, that’s like starting over over and over again. All I wanted was a good lawyer but Instead I got a joker.

I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone ever whether it be to work or be a client. They lie to their clients about what's going on with their case to avoid bad reviews online. They have a high turnaround, likely due to the worst management on the planet. They tell you you're doing a great job one day, then write you up the next if a client tells them you said something you didn't, even if what you said is documented word for word in the case file. They let you go without explanation in spite of the numerous clients that stayed because you were communicating when noone else before you did so for months. The owner has put his trust in people that are running his business into the ground.
