Pool CLOSED in a labor day weekend. How our kids will enjoy it if is closed the pool. Same thing every time, pool closed almost all summer.

I am now in my 3rd year here at the Wyatt and out of all the 4 different complexes I have called home, this is by far the best! Ever since my first day here, I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. From the people who live here, the location of the complex to the maintenance staff & office staff, there is truly nothing bad I can say about the Wyatt. Each time I go into the office, wether it I am talking to Amber, Connor, Katia or Heaven, I am greeted and treated like family. They look you in the eye and listen, not just hear you, but actually listen to you. Each time I call the front office, I actually get someone who answers the phone.like an actual human! Crazy, I know but these days no one wants to talk on the phone. But the staff here does care and they show it each time I interact with them. I actually was waiting on a garbage to become available later in September but they called and said that the unit was ready today and that I wouldn't need to worry about being charged until the date we originally agreed upon. In this day and time, who in the world actually lets you know that you can have something early and without paying more for it? It is unheard of. Like I said, they actually care. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, the guys are here within the same day and actually get the issues fixed! It almost seems unreal at times, but as I have said, this truly does feel like home. Not only are the people great here, but the neighborhood is wonderful. You don't hear any yelling, noisy animals, banging on the walls or loud cars racing around. It is a very peaceful place to live and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Great overall but was informed that a anonymous neighbor we keep noise all day and we are not even home until late 5: 30-6 we get home and whine down from work. Also we here noises and bangs all day but do we call and complain oh because duh we live in a apartment complex. These are not retirement condos also kids are all over just like the dogs that keep the grounds full of poop. Anyways great place but as far as me and my family we gon be alright Also be very careful we are witness the Metro Parking Solution sit and wait picks and choose who to tow even if your registered and charges 326 ridiculous if a visitor is only there for 30 mins they will tow but another visitor was 2 hour and did not tow at all that company is a scandal and I pray the complex does something about that because it is insane what they are doing to people cars pretty sad if you ask me.

My husband and I love our new home at the Wyatt! Katia was amazing and went above and beyond to help us, even with us out of state! We look forward to our time here at the Wyatt.

Just moved here from FL and from the first day we contacted the complex back in May, Katia has taken care of us. They made the entire process super easy, even before being able to step foot on the premises for a tour. They were extremely communicative and responsive.

The community itself is great with ample places to park. It is also right by so many different shopping options as well as food places. Extremely glad to have been able to move into this community. And have been enjoying myself so far!

Our experience here was okay. It started out just fine but we quickly learned that this place is really poorly managed. They have a lot of arbitrary rules that don't make sense; we lived on the 3rd floor and we were not allowed to store anything on the patio. I'm not sure why. We have friends in other apartments that were able to utilize that space in that way. Also, apparently you can put lights on your patio all year, unless they are Christmas lights. Then you'll get fined for those. The biggest issue we had was how they treated the tenants like high school students and gave us a lecture on consequences because something in the pool area broke. They closed the pool during the heat of the summer and said it was our fault instead of just being good managers and being responsible for putting up security cameras or other forms of security. The pool was closed often during the year we were there. It's a service we pay for in our rent and they clearly don't know how to manage it so that we can enjoy these services. Similar things happened with the gym. We have friends who told us our apartment seems strict. I will say, the maintenance was awesome. They would come same day or next day after service requests were submitted, and they were really nice. Lastly, take pictures of EVERYTHING that might be damaged or "used" when you move in. We had to replace the drip pans on the stove because there were grease stains from natural use that can't come off. Stoves just get that way from using them. Same with the oven. Don't bother fighting for your deposit back because they will find a reason to charge you for something and keep your money. They charged us more to replace an item than we were told because their price went up. They don't honor the charges on their cleaning and repairs sheet. Really poor customer service when it counts!

Also their tow guy is ridiculous! We never got towed but know people who did that were two minutes late registering their car. He often came in the middle of the night and woke us up though.

Can't say enough about this place except that they are WONDERFUL, very professional and they actually care about their residents. The property is very well kept and when work is needed they stay attentive to taking care of it. Amber, Connor and Katia are the best!

Easiest staff to work with by far. Quick and professional! Community is well maintained and cleaned! Can hear a pen drop with how quiet it is at night!

Love the property and the manage Anber is the best! She always handles issues if you them promptly. Service team is great and fun stuff. Definitely get your apt here

I wouldn't suggest nobody to live there no matter how cheap it is. That place is becoming a ghetto place, it wasn't like that 5 years ago. They also stole our money, the apartment wasn't a in such bad shape at all.even tho we live 5 years there it's wasn't messy nor even destroyed. Tho they took money of our deposit moving. We only got 50 instead of our 500. Also The staff always changes, it doesn't last, the crane is always taking the cars every so often from the Permanent residents, packages are always stolen.

I am a vendor used at this property for fire sprinklers. Management is always on top of things and well prepared every time we arrive to work. There is always great communication and respond quickly!

I’ve been in my apartment for two years now and love everything about it! Amber and the maintenance crew always make sure that it’s clean and kept up. Keep it up!

I would like to give a huge shout out to the staff at Wyatt, Amber, Katia, and Connor, Y’all have been the greatest to my family. Me my Wife and especially our pupper Mr. Duke. Over the last two years y’all have been more than accommodating and helpful thank you for being the amazing people that you are. Also I can’t forget Mr. Regan he was a huge goof and we loved him. Thank you guys.

Alyssa has outstanding customer service and was able to answer all my questions.she was very patient and understanding, definitely knowledgeable of her job duties. I highly recommend talking to her for detailed answers. She has a great sense of humor and is so kind.
