My dissatisfaction is with the office's practices, and specifically with their practice manager - Keyla Ojeda. I was billed over $100 (AFTER insurance) for a virtual visit. After multiple attempts to reach someone over the course of many months, I went by the office in person. I was told I had to speak to Keyla personally. Of course, the business card they gave me had a number that went to the voicemail of someone else entirely. I then ended up sending an e-mail. Keyla first absolutely refused to discuss my bill with me, stating that she would handle the investigation on her own. Upon inquiring about the status weeks later, she has asbolutely ignored me. Completely unprofessional. I would never refer my own patients here, even if I did like the medical provider herself.

I can not find enough nice things to say about Dr Sison a few are she listens and is compassionate only once was a visit to her not possible as booked way in advanced I feel strongly She should be placed on a 24 hour shift and offer free 8 x 10’s of herself to her star struck patients. She is really great.

Dr. Sison was highly recommended to me by a family member who is a current patient, so this review is not about her specifically, but I called in May to establish care as a new patient and couldn't book an appointment until November. Then they canceled that appointment and when I called immediately to reschedule, told me I couldn't get in until January. I'm sure she's a great doctor, but if other people similarly can't wait 8 months to just do an annual physical, I'd look elsewhere, which I'm now doing!
