Worst customer service they had me standing around and not one of the three ladies working would help me.

The woman that helped me was so nice and helpful. She said my product would be ready in 2 hrs and it was done in 45. She remembered my name when I came back and I was very pleased with the results.

When I called to get something embroidered, the salesperson told me they don't do that, but she "can definitely refer me to someplace". She referred me to Kid to Kid saying they can embroider in a couple of hours, or a day at the longest. When I got there, without even asking what I needed, the clerk flatly told me, "they can't do anything until after Christmas. Things Remembered should know, if they're making referrals to someplace, what the capabilities of that place are.

I've been to this location twice in past 2 weeks and I'm very pleased with the service and product quality. My husband wanted to personalize a wooden box for his brother's birthday (I didn't know they engraved items not purchased at the store) and it turned out really nice. Jessica did the engraving both visits and I'm super impressed with her skills. She takes her time to ensure you get exactly what you want. Excellent customer service! Thanks for taking pride in your work, Jessica!

When I picked up my order, my inscription did not have a heart emoji on it that I pre paid for. I was the told they were unable to inscribe that emoji so they didn't charge me for it. I tried to explain that this was pre paid and I was charged. She basically gave me my items and waited on the people behind me. Dont waist you money go somewhere else.

They have nice pieces, for the most part reasonably priced. BUT I was dissapointed that the engraving cost more than my item. Item was 55 and engraving was 75. Next time I'll plan to into the store.maybe not the best thing to shop for online.

I want to give this store NO STARS! I went to get a $50.00 gift cardgift certificate as a wedding gift and was told they don't do that here. How is it in this day and age a store or any business for that matter doesn't take your money and allow you to gift it someone? It is truly beyond me! I used to love this place but not now and not ever again!

When I made purchases from Things Remembered in Austin, I was always given the option to pay at pickup in case I didn't like the final product and the service was fantastic. I had those same expectations when I came into this location and was sorely disappointed. I was not helped when I walked in, asked at the front counter for help, and the manager gave me an order form and walked away! Just left me standing there without discussing pricing, designs, or how to even fill out the order form. Needs new management and better service.
