I've taken my child to many different children's musuems, and the Thinkery in Austin definitely ranks in the top few. There is a water exhibit, giant lite bright, awesome outdoor jungle gym, and more! Size wise this musuem is about average, but the content inside is high quality, and the entire facility is clean. My only minor complaint is that they have the water fountains blocked off, so my child was a bit dehydrated at the end of it, and we are currently limited to two hour play sessions.

Nice little interactive kids museum. Two floors of entertainment for toddlers up about ten or so. Very nice outdoor play area with a small stream with toy boats, a massive rope climbing jungle gym. Small gift shop, limited amount of free parking otherwise pay to park. Lots of different things including a giant lite Brite machine. Masks are still required.

Still requiring masks and have staff walking around enforcing. A few different areas for kids to play. Wasn't really impressed.

I love this place for my little ones (5and 7). With Covid things are a bit different but I love it because now it's not crowded and the kids actually get a turn to try the different areas. It's clean and I just love how much fun my kids had. Well definitely go back!

Very cool science lab and activity center, and I enjoyed how they social distanced the experience.

This is a great place for toddlers of age 2-8 to learn new things. They have scheduled story sessions.

Went here for their Christmas extravaganza. They had an awesome assortment of activities and things to do. Lots of free swag (got identification collars for my pups for free-with engraving!). Only complaint would be their were relatively few spots to get drinks with long lines. And they ran out pretty quickly. Still had a blast.

Each room was well maintained and the children were having a great time. The story time girl terrific!

My only concern was there were no safety measures in place to insure children were with the right adults when they left.

Good place for children to spend the day if you have wic or other kind of help do not pay the entrance people show a good deal

Great place to take the kids! Lots of activities! We attended a birthday party here. Some activities are more science-based some are more creative. Either way this is a great place to take the kids for several hours if not half a day.

Awesome vibe and area. The museum has a number of hands on items for the kids and a very impressive playground. Check the special activities as well. It will keep everyone entertained and educated for 1-2 hours

What a cool place for kids! My 18 month old had such a fun time with the Market veggies and playing in the water in the Currents area. It gets crowded but is worth it.

Amazing! We stopped on our way up to Dallas and it was such a cool place! Very clean, staff constantly picking up and SO MANY cool activities for kids (and the young at heart). Highly recommend!

I love this place. A great rewarding experience for kids from toddler to 10 years or so. So many different activities. They have a great baby area as well.

This place has brought my little brother and me super close. Also, your inner child can't avoid to want to join the fun. Thank you Thinkery!

A quite enjoyable establishment. My children were very engaged throughout the day. It was affordable and interesting.

I love this place for my almost 4 year old. I let her lead and imagine up every possible way she can play. The recent addition of the Ready, Set, Roll room is a new favorite. Though, we call it The Ballroom.

Came with my two year old son while on vacation from Houston. I was pleasantly surprised on the amount of activities they had to offer. I feel like kids of any age can find something fun to do. Parking is convenient, and I can definitely see us coming back if we are in the area again.
