Bring back the memories. So glad they keep it original and haven't update it get there early for a pretzel they beat all the other chains.

I would give it zero if I could. Literally ignored me as I’m standing at the counter and let multiple people cut infront of me and even acknowledged that I was there. Didn’t even get to make my order. After 15 minutes of this (not more than 1 or 2 orders before me) I left. I have NEVER had the need to leave a bad review until now. Absolutely unbelievable.

Got two smoothies, both the same thing except the size. I got my smoothies and the colors were completely different and were super watered down, did not have the strawberry or banana flavor.

This is, by far, the WORST pretzel shop in existence. The pretzels and pretzel bites were dry and tasteless. The customer service is even worse. It took me 15 minutes to purchase two pretzels and two cups of pretzel bites. Pathetic!

Ordered 2 large strawberry lemonades, was charged for 2 large smoothies. A $5.40 difference. When we confronted the cashier about it, she and a co-worker fiddled with the register for five minutes and gave me $1.49. I payed $15 for what should have been an $8.66 bill. Got $2.98 total back. Raise your standards of workers.

The smoothies are very good, I also come here everytime I have the chance to go to the mall: D good service too!

If you close at 6 then please continue to serve until then. You don't tell your customers you're closing earlier to clean. Iaan who claimed to be the manager on duty had just served the customer infront of us and denied us service shortly after. Also stated that the Smoothie that was being made was for the other employee named Chino. Who ever runs this establishment is clearly doing a terrible job running and choosing it's employees.

This place is so awesome on the weekdays. But the weekends are horrible The teens who run the place have no customer service skills at all and the dinning room is Super dirty.

So done with this location. Every damn time you go there theyre out of peanut butter! If you know how popular it is and you are CONSTANTLY out maybe try ordering E X T R A. Jfc.
