Complaint was they don’t check you out in office. Instead you have to check out next door and they were pushy on purchasing glasses before handing over my prescription.

She even scheduled an appointment for an eye exam that same afternoon with Dr J Flowers. I will definitely refer my friends to vision plus.

Amazing office! It took less than 45 minutes from check in time to complete the thorough eye exam, explain personal analysis, AND select frames to order. Friendly and helpful staff!

I took my daughter to get an eye exam and to see if she needed glasses. Dr. Goldstein was super patient, friendly and explained everything in detail to her.

A shame; sounds like the doctors are good and highly rated. I called twice; the first was met with a pick up and instant hang up. Thinking it was a mistake, I called again and received a sass filled "how can I help you? " from a woman with a soft voice. Thinking it was a slip of the hand, in a giggling (albeit, awkward) manner, I responded with "hey I called just a few seconds ago and I think I was immediately hung up on". Some couple seconds of contemplation from her end, responded with "ok so what can I help you with? ". Unfortunately I denied that she could help me with anything because I don't see a reason to fight someone for scheduling, I'll just call elsewhere.
