I have not had any success so far! In fairness we have had some bad weather recently and this did slow things down. However, the accident happened on 01`/30/2021 and I am still without a rental automobile. I am told that is being sent up through channels but I can't believe that it would take this long to get a vehicle. I realize that the other insurance company is holding up the process (which I understand is a tactic used to stall the process). Your agent Mr. Gil is doing his best but the reason I went with your company is that I needed someone to light a fire under Kemper and start some sort of action. Kemper told me that they would provide me a rental car when my car went into the collision shop. My car went into the repair facility on 02/05/2021. I was under the impression from your agents that I would be provided a vehicle. However, npthing has transpired yet. JJ

Never have i see a team join there knowlege together and fight for you when the insurance companies do not want to pay you what is yours and what there responsibility is they fought toothe and nail and revealed the facts now its called no mercy to them after ehat happened to me and what they hid thanks for everything from you Thomas j henry and your complete staff and others on stand by.

So far they have been helpful and I just hope they fight for me all the way. I feel good about it. My attorneys are very kind and professional. Everything has gone as they predicted and I feel confident thus far.

We have been watching them for years. We were laughing so much fun. Once again thank you. It was fun to be back to the movies again. It had been one year almost since we walk into a movie theater. So once thank you from me and my boys.

Had 2 situations I used them for. The first one was ok the second one not so much. They have a tendency of bouncing you from person to person. The first time with them the lawyer ended up helping out more than i expected but still took quite a while. The second time with them took along time. Even after we settled yet to receive anything and its been since January. From what I received and the time frame this company took I would of been better off settling with the insurance company on my own and taking what they offered me.
