5Lived here for 8 months in 2023 for work. Great place and reliably quiet every night. The laundry room is run by a 3rd party and is not the best. Onsite management is great.
I spent a summer at an internship and only requested that I be placed somewhere quiet. The manager set me up with a great location and I had no problems the entire 3 months. The place is under new management so it's getting revamped little by little, but they were very forthcoming with their upcoming projects and made sure they were no problem for those individuals affected.
Very friendly staff, great amenities, clean RV park, and trustworthy people living here. This is my second time here and wouldn't go anywhere else. A+
Not a bad place to full time RV at. Over the year I've met some pretty aw4some people here. Then again some Rif Raf gets through.
First off this place threw veterans out of the mobile home part of the park because he wanted more money so he's changing it into RV spaces. Who even does that? Secondly, he made RV spots to tightly close together around the pond quantity over quality. Third he doesn't take care of his roads big pot holes everywhere. Fourth he doesn't cut the underbrush back from the fence line where ppl have to park so it scratches peoples vehicles. I would not recommend this park to anyone also his RV fees are the highest in silsbee. My brutal honest opinion.
