For Texas, this BBQ is shameful. Brisket was so dry we couldn't even chew it. For $50, we expected something edible. Woman who waited on us was rude to all the customers as well.

They close at 5pm and stop selling BBQ at 4: 30pm. I’ve never heard of a place that doesn’t want your business.

Absolutely the best kept secret in Texas! 3rd generation pit master. The food is AMAZING, atmosphere, down home, come as your are. Will definitely be back!

We ordered "chopped beef" sandwiches. I have no idea what we were given, but it wasn't food.
They should be ashamed of themselves for selling this. $10 a piece and it was the greasiest, nasties, and soggiest "sandwich" I have ever eaten. Whoever is responsible for this offensive, poor excuse for food should retire, stop attempting to prepare food, go back to California.
The wrapper was completely soaked in grease, the bun was an orange color, and grease was pooling in the bottom of the container.
Shame on you. Gross. Rip off. Someone needs to contact the the health department.

Absolutely great BBQ! We had the lean brisket, which was still quite juicy, and Boudain sausage. The jalapeño poppers were wrapped with their own bacon and was the best I’ve ever tasted. We’ll worth the 45 min drive to Thorndale from Round Rock!

BBQ just ok. Sausage needs some spice. Sauce too sweet. Lady that waited on us not very friendly. Stools at table were too high. I will drive on to Louie Muller's next trip.

Grade S+ combo here. Best smoke turkey and burnt ends I've had. Brisket was good but the turkey and burnt ends outshines it. They were meaty, tender, and full of flavor. Mac and cheese and potato salad taste like a hug from grandma at the family cookout. 10/5 go get ya some.

This place has excellent food. Really loved it. And the staff is friendly and funny. Even my to go order was great. Thanks for that, Trey. Top notch service.

Trey and his team were awesome to work with.when I looked at BBQ caterers in the area I went off reviews, recommendations and talking to each caterer. As my family can tell you, hands down Trey made you feel as if you were talking to your best friend, he wanted your event not only to be successful but memorable. Simply put it’s just not good BBQ, I wouldn’t call it decent either. I’ve had BBQ all over Texas. Customer service isn’t there either.
Undercooked, flavorless I’m leaving with an upset stomach.
I can’t recommend a friend stop here.

The flavor of the brisket & sausage is superb! They were both juicy and perfect smokiness. The chicken and turkey were under cooked, which was very disappointing bcuz we had to air fry it at home and make gumbo out of a whole pound. Otherwise it would have been thrown away. Overall, the flavor of all the meats was very good. Under cooked poultry will keep me away.

Trey and his team catered our wedding in December 2022. We could not have asked for better food or catering team. We had constant compliments all night on how it was the BEST BBQ they have EVER had, in fact we still get compliments on it to this day! We knew we wanted to support local, but we lucked out with some of the best food and an awesome team to serve it! Trey was great with communication leading up to the day. Thanks again Thorndale Meat Market for bringing your food and team to be a huge part of our wedding day. We will recommend you to all of our local friends and family.

Great food and friendly service. I recommend the Tri-tip and Diablo sandwich with pork belly.

Bbq sandwich was amazing. More food than I could handle. Definitely be back when i come through.

Pork Burnt ends and Brisket plate was delicious. I need to come back and try all the rest of the meats offered. Loved the flavor of the sauce.not a typical BBQ sauce.very yummy.

Went there for the BBQ, appreciated the building and many other aspects. Frank was so kind and informative, and when we couldn’t decided on which types of meat, he gave a little samples to enjoy. The overall experience, from the staff, food, tour, was all memorable. The BBQ is delicious and made with love. I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal.
