I had a good experience Mrs. Ana was amazing she took care of me very well I can’t complain good sense of humor very outgoing smile on her face all the time I was there, very patient helpful n Mrs mire too I’m so glad n happy to move in and see this amazing human at the front office all the time really good to know they have great management thank you ladies for treating me pretty good…

I am very pleased with this property and home living. The managers are very nice and professional. Miri is a very understanding individual but strict at the same time. Ms. Ana is super friendly and patient as well. I recommend this place for anyone.

First of all, the place is super neglected, the entrance and exit doors are always broken, there is garbage everywhere, the cockroach infestation does not go away with anything, they are everywhere and not even fumigating them removes them, and they charge you for absolutely everything, and to top it off the staff is too moody, everyone in general the attention is quite bad. I do not recommend it, for the price it has right now and the conditions, there are other apartment complexes and much better ones and for the same price.

Thankful to be living at this complex. A tenant who happens to be a family member, recommended this complex, and I am extremely satisfied. Will recommend to family friends in the near future.

I came to visit the property the other day and the units are very spacious & beautiful. The receptionist desk ladies were super helpful and super sweet!

The staff goes out of its way to make you feel welcome. The apartment complex feels safe and clean. Highly recommend. I would say the new Management is making a difference.

Appreciate how great the staff communicates with their residents. From the time I inquired information regarding leasing a unit to the time I moved in, the staff has always been there to assist in any way that was needed. Plan on re signing my lease.

If I could give zero stars I would! Please don't rent here! Read the comments if they are true, don't come to that ugly and horrible place, they always steal your things. They don't help you at all. Go to others but not here!

I must say dealing with the front office was a breeze. The women there were very receptive to my needs and empathetic to my situation. If most people were as professional as these women the world would be that much better.

This place has towed my Vehicle 6 different times costing me a lot and I have all my cars Registered for parking and my family and friends that come to visit get the same treatment and has cost them money even after Registering there Vehicle for visiting my brothers car got stolen from here this place is a joke

The bad thing about living here is that there are many thieves, they steal your packages from your door, you can't be careless because they steal your packages from your mail and when you call the office they don't know how to help you since they don't have a surveillance camera, that's The only bad thing and that's why I give this place 2 stars is there are a lot of thieves.

Thorntree apartment has made significant improvements with the new management and team! The team are super friendly and open to listening to any concerns that residents may have. It's great to know that they are putting in the effort to keep the community clean and safe. And, the best part is that they are committed to making even more improvements in the future! Thank you so much, Thorntree Management, for being such amazing hosts and making the apartment complex a wonderful place to call home:)

I have been living here for a few months and we have had a good experience. From the first day I came Judih has been super special, she helped us a lot throughout the entire process, always attentive and helpful. Every time we have a requirement it has been solved efficiently by the staff. The only negative thing I could say is that the laundry area is not pleasant and the entrance and exit gates are damaged and difficult to fix, but I think that is partly the fault of the tenants themselves who do not use them correctly. The rest is very satisfied with everything, the place is quiet.

This place is absolutely infested with roaches it is absolutely ridiculous break your lease while you have the chance

I feel so good because I received in my door one mail with a congratulation note for my birthday and I feel in the sky with my owned Experience with my new apartment in the thorntree apartment’s …. The color’s …. The light and the Confort it’s incredible for this reason I feel so good in my new rent
