They have promise to get my car back to me and I haven't gotten it yet. I took to them Monday night. They have had my car all day Tuesday and all day today. I really hope they fix it right. For as long as they've had it.

I paid over $3k for these so called professionals to fix my car but they did not do it right. My car dies on me after they fixed it so I had to get it towed back to them, Paul admits that they did not install the fuel line correctly, but all I get is “sorry for the inconvenience? ” Then another guy tells me that it’s my fault since I should have noticed a fuel leak after they fixed it in the first place? What a joke.

They were not very thorough for how expensive they are, used a lot of gas put quite a few miles on it and left the interior dirty. Didn’t listen when I said it has a problem but not showing codes

This place was great! The guys are very clear in their communication and no question about understanding costs. The fastest car repair ever and we had several things tested and replaced. Just moved to this side of town so we've definitely found our new mechanic! They even washed the car when they were done. Thanks a lot!

However, I'm not changing something that continues to keep our cars purring like new. Oh, did I forget to say I'm driving 18 miles (one way) to keep our cars purring...

I have been using Thousand Oaks Automotive, for over 25 years. The management, which is still the same, and staff have always been very courteous, honest, professional, and extremely reliable. They always explain what exactly the problem is, in language even I can understand. They communicate with you punctually so you always now the status of your repair. In over 25 years I have never had to take a car back for the same problem. I once took an older model car in for over heating, I was expecting a large problem with a large bill. My bill was $7.50, a HEB plastic bag wrapped had around the radiator fan. If you are looking for an honest, professional shop, that is very fairly priced. This is it!
