They quoted me $300 and ended up taking $345.

Apparently they charge a booking fee too, and they never mentioned this when I called. What a scam!

Ahmad the owner is the most difficult person do deal with.
The actual movers were very nice and did a great job.

Ahmad charged a $55 "booking fee" when I scheduled the move - which was not to be applied to the move. So $55 just to schedule.

Once the move was complete, he tried to charge me an additional half hour. He also tried to charge 4.5% for using Zelle because of "bank fees". Zelle is free to use for both sender and receiver so he's pretty much just trying to get more $$. لا تكن حمار
He also would not provide a detail of the charges, which we needed for insurance purposes.

Would never use these guys again.

I will never use this business again. I called three days in advance to have an oversized TV credenza loaded into my rented truck. It took about 20 minutes to get this done. The crew showed up early, which was good. They were polite and professional. The problem is with lack of transparency on the billing. When I made the reservation I was told that the charge would be $299 for two hours. They told me that in order to book the reservation I would need to pay $75 up front. Which was charged to my credit card. Then they charged my card $320 for the work. The owner's story is that the $75 is just to make the reservation, not to do the work. And, since I used a credit card the charge was $320 to cover the fees the credit card company charges them. Which are usually not more than 1.5%!

The guys were quick and efficient. Very professional. They were very nice and made my move easy! The pricing was great. Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience with Adam and his team moving and they deserve 5 stars! The company was professional from the beginning. They confirmed the night before, again the next day. I had a two bedroom house to move and they wrapped all the furniture in plastic for protection, including the beds, worked very quickly and efficiently. They were all very polite and hardworking. No complaints!

Adam and his team were excellent, and made the move a great experience. The office was great to work with too.

Tried to use these folks on a residential job in Plano. First, they tried to rearrange scheduling the morning of the planned move. Once we declined and insisted that we keep the schedule, they came in hot and angry. In the middle of the move they walked out. WHAT? Leaving us hanging. Use Firehouse Movers! They bailed us out and were extremely nice. Buyers be warned.

The experience was horrible. The movers were great. The guy who runs it was absolutely rude. All he cares about is money. Couldn't take down a king size bed and double charged me. Will never use them again. Threatened me about keeping my things because he went up on the rate. My son had to pay the remaining balance. The way the boss talked to me was absolutely horrible.

Women beware! They went through some of my boxes. Bad service, bad experience, overcharged and took way too long to move a 1 bedroom (6.5hrs). They moved me a day before the snow storm and charged me higher rates I was not quoted. I will be reporting to the attorney generals office for price gouging. I do not recommend using this company.

I hired Three Brothers to help me load a Truck for me to drive. They showed up on time, managed to break something while loading, had the decency to tell me about it, told me i would get $0.06 per pound!
Managed to tell me when leaving how they could take tips if i did not have cash.
While unloading the truck i found many boxes of knowledge breakable items on their ends, while it was a first truckload move to a different area it could be a couple of months before everything gets unpacked.
When i sent a note to the office about this and that, i have YET to receive a Reply.
I was not made aware of the hour travel time fee of $149 even tho i was told i would start paying for the helpers When we Started the work. (nice way to add $149 to the bill) then he did not bother to tell them it would be a 2 location Load, so not very good on communication either.the 'leader' of the three, kept complaining that i continued to have them take things to the truck even tho the truck was not full, he kept whining about it and complaining on how much time it was taking (2 1/2 hours total)
When I originally set it up I let the person on the phone know what size storage i had and that it was NOT full to the brim and yet he kept telling me it would take up the whole truck.had I not had that in the back of my brain i would have known to have more boxes packed (no i did not make them wait while i did pack more)
All in All it was a Horrible experience and I would not suggest them.there are other companies much more deserving and up front about cost and professionalism. IMO.

Even if it is ten years from now, I will still hire out 3 Brother Moving. I have no desire of engaging the services of any movers when it comes to relocation. So far, this company have proved to me that they are worth trusting. Everything was intact when I opened it and that really inspired me. I just wish everyone was them. I really value hard work. I like it when a service provider works tirelessly to the satisfaction of the customers. That is what made me so happy when I hired out 3 Brother Moving. I realised that their workers were all that I have always wanted in service providers. They were just amazing. The way they handled the relocation.sent one message clear, they had experience and there was no doubt about it. I will still seek their services even in the future

Three Brothers Moving did an awesome job helping me with my move! They made the move-in process a breeze. I would highly recommend using their services if you are moving in the DFW area.

One of the worst companies in the metroplex. Horrible customer service from the owner himself. Requested a move a week in advance, paid the booking fee but owner would not send disclosures of any waiver/liability. Constantly emailed, called, and texted for the disclosure just to make sure everything was good. Made us send a list of everything we wanted to move, once we did that they should know the estimate of how big of a truck and people needed. Gave us a window of 12-4. Came at 2: 00 and loaded half the stuff. Then told us they don’t work after 5 and will have to schedule a service another day. If I was gonna just play the waiting game I would’ve moved myself.along with many other negative experiences, horrible customer service. Not worth your time.

They were great! I reas thru the bad reviews of hired "felons" and bla blah blah. But EVERYONE deserves a chance to make an honest living. No business starts off perfect! There is a learning curve. I tought they were excellent! Would definitely hire them again.

They damage my property and then gave me the run around. Please don't use them.

Not sure if they are even legit company. According to the state they have been fined every year for no insurance.

DO NOT HIRE! The owners name is Ahmad Walid Altoubasi. His work and home address is the same. He doesnt have an office and does everything from his home address which in 1400 andrews pkwy apt 4008 allen tx. He wont put your stuff in storage he leaves in in the trucks and parks them at a shopping center and the other two are at a facility. Ahmad also has a remodeling company but has felons working for him. Miguel has a charge for murder and your wanting this company to work on your house? They ruin and break everything. These guys have no papers or are in trouble with the laws and have not been background check. Please check Ahmad Walid Altoubasi background which is the owner before you hire this terrible company. There is MOREE to come as things are getting BETTER! Hold on tight! This company will be history in no time! This company is being sued so they will be charging more to move you.

Mike and his crew were awesome, quick, and professional. Will definitely hire these guys again!
