I have a birthday party on Sunday evening and suddenly my AC stops working in 105F temperature. I texted multiple technicians including Mr Naib. The only one to call me back was Mr Naib. He understood my situation and came in 2 hours as he mentioned, though he wasn't working that day.

He has cleaned my AC unit, replaced the burned out power cables, educated me about the maintenance of the Units.

Mr Naib is very good at what he does and explained me the air flow issues that I was having at my house and the corrective steps I need to be taking to resolve the issue.

Our outside A/C unit sounded like it was going to explode so I gave THT a call. Naib was incredibly responsive and made it out to our home the same day. He diagnosed the problem, a blown fan motor. He offered a fair price, pursued the problem with our warranty company, went to get the part and returned the next day. He replaced the part, however the fan was still louder than expected.

Being the stand up guy that he is, Naib wouldn’t allow his work to be incomplete. He called me back the first thing in the morning of the next business day. He came out an hour later and determined the problem was the capacitor. He quickly replaced the part and NO MORE NOISE! Amazing!
