Great job doing my tint and walking out with me to show me the work and answer any questions I may have had! Didn’t try to up sell me, and understood what I wanted.

Brought my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek into the Thumbs Up Window Tint, LLC to see if the tint that I had installed in another state was legal here in Texas. As we were told when we arrived here, it wasn't. Mark confirmed that our tint was a bit darker than what was allowed. We talked over the options and much to my surprise, I could have the front side windows down while I waited. Awesome customer service. Between talking with Elizabeth and Mark while my car was being worked on by the great individuals in the back, the time went rather quickly and I learned more about the community that I have moved to and grown to love. These Customer service at Thumbs Up Window Tint, LLC is awesome and I will be taking in my 2nd car to do the same. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again!

I had them tint my windows a few months ago and they did a great job. They use llumar tint which is arguably the best and it shows. They offer tint to block the heat or for just the aesthetic look. I did both and stuck with the legal percentage for Texas and don't regret it at all. They even have the clear tint to block the heat from your windshield. Warranties are included and if you're making an appointment be ready to put down a deposit that count towards your final bill. After further research, I only found one other place that was cheaper for llumar by $5. This was during Feb of 2019 so things can obviously change.

When it comes to customer service, this crew goes above and beyond. They will educate you on different options, pros/cons, and thoroughly explain the process. Truly professionals at their craft. I would highly recommend!

I convinced myself to take my business to the local tint shop instead of the dealership. I paid for the best vehicle tint they had. They did not treat it as a premium product. There are many dust particles under the tint. I will not take it back to them because I no longer trust them.

Should have came here first for my tint, highly recommended for tinting. Also got some vinyl wrapping done, and it came out perfect. Staff is amazing and is on top of things. Definitely doing more business with them in the future!

Brought my BMW X1 for the clear "Air 80" on the windshield. Customer service was great and they were able to get me an appointment within 2 days. Once I had the appointment I was in and out in about 45 minutes, which was surprising since they quoted me 60-90 minutes. They were $50 lower than "Tint World" and also have Military discounts. The application looks good and my car is cooler! I will be bringing my wife's car in soon also. Super Thanks and "TWO Thumbs Up":)

I’ve had a few vehicles tinted here and have nothing to complain about. The product they provide is great, I haven’t had any bubbles or discoloration. The tint makes a huge different in the temperature inside and makes the summer more bearable in the heat. I will definitely continue to get my tint here, not because it’s close to home, but because they provide great service and products!

Took a little longer than expected but Mike did an excellent job on the paint protection film and custom roof wrap. Did it exactly as i wanted. Very nice guy.

I’ve used Thumbs Up for all my vehicles, 2010/4 door Infiniti, and 2014 Ford F-150.outstanding tint job, professional, and great service. Highly recommend this shop!

I recently had Thumbs Up install tint on my car and not knowing I over paid after 3 weeks they called me telling me that they owe me money back because of an over looked charge. Thumbs Up is an authorized Llumar dealer, so, based on its online reviews, I took my car here to fix a botched tint on my rear window. The five day drying period has now passed, and I wish I had chosen these guys to do the job in the first place. They worked on my car all day, in order to safely remove the original tint without damaging the defroster. Not only is my defroster completely intact, but the tint looks amazing. These guys are so precise. I have never been in a tinted car with a rear window so free from distortion. They tell you tiny bubbles are normal the first few days, but my car didn't even have that. Thumbs Up is not the cheapest option, but their pricing is fair, and their work is top notch. I will be bringing all future jobs here.

Much like the rest of these reviews, i went in based on the reviews, I called ahead and was able to set an appt then Mark went over the films in a way i could understand and so i could pick the best one for my mid size SUV, (2008 mercury mariner premier) the environment was so comfortable and welcoming, my car was done in 2 & a half hours! It looks so beautiful i am so incredibly pleased with the service i will definetly
be going back here and recommending to everyone i know! I dont ever leave reviews but i went here based off what i read and you should too! I promise you will be pleased:)
