6 Poor service. My feet are no smoother than when I arrived. Seemed like they tried to rush my friend and I out quickly since we didn't want any extras.
They didn't remove all of my previous nail polish before applying the new color. They were not busy at all. There were multiple technicians sitting around waiting for clients.
We will use a different salon next month.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of my manicure and pedicure. Their color selection is vast. Everything was done professionally. The nail shape was clean and even. Smooth finish. They made sure I liked what I was getting, and they checked their work. Highly recommend this place.
Went to get my 7yr old a Pedi. Told the lady up front she just walks off so we go pick a color of course pink with glitter. The actual Pedi was good. She had a good time.
Awful, lady messed up my toes putting my shoes on and painted over the messed up lumpy area. When I asked her to remove the area she messed up she was upset with me and then got upset again when I asked for a third coat so the color wasn’t transparent. Was here 20 minutes total. Never again.
I've been going here for 2 years now and I've never had a bad experience. Ask for Bee!
Lumberton location is terrible. Gave them another try and yet again terrible. Charged for services not rendered and overall quality was just bad.
