I think the quality of care is better than most. Yes its pricey. My only concern is that delivery is Thurs, so how do I send clothes same day? Pick up on Monday is VERY early

Best dry cleaning experience ever! The concierge service is phenomenal. Aaron, the young man that picks up and delivers clothes for my area was courteous, professional. All around, Tide Dry Cleaners rocks! Ha

Tide has come up with a concept that is was used back in the 50’s and 60’s but certainly very appropriate for today’s pandemic environment. In additional to having excellent dry cleaning and laundry service, the pick and delivery service places Tide Cleaners heads above any service I’ve used in the last 25 years. Aaron, the pick up and delivery tech, is very professional and helpful. Tide Cleaners is not the cheapest full service dry cleaners, but the care, quality and service is at the top.

Pick up and delivery are as stated and handled professionally. A couple of weeks ago Aaron called to tell me our dry cleaning was delivered but he was afraid a rain shower was coming. His care and concern allowed me to call my husband to bring our clothes in before the rain started! We appreciate Aaron and the Tide team! Thanks!

As a nurse working during this pandemic, I can not thank Tide enough for providing free laundry service! My washer broke and I did not want to put others at risk by taking my laundry to a laundromat. The service was fast, my clothes smell amazing and the driver was professional and friendly. Thank you Tide!

I have been a customer of Tide, formally MW Cleaners for a decade and have always enjoyed the service or the rapid and efficient responses to service issues. I have honestly only had 2-3 issues in over 10 years and all have been handled well.you are living in a time before cell phones if you are still driving to a cleaners.

The staff at Tide Dry Cleaners on Louetta are super friendly and always professional. The work gets done quickly and is always right. Pricing is also very reasonable.

Turned in four items, just to receive 3 back. Since when is it okay just to loose customers clothes? Careless and unprofessional, very unacceptable. Only wore a dress once and they lost it and had the nerve to charge me for it until.i had to call and personally go and get a refund. I read a previous review where they couldn't find anothers customers clothes. Clients beware, they are known to loose peoples items or give it away to other customers.

My husband Michael took our comforter to tide cleaners, and they did a great job and were courteous. Got it back very quickly.

Convenient and excellent customer service. Zero wait time to assist when you arrive. Same day pickup, good quality results, and reliable. I highly recommend this dry cleaner service. The alterations (not sure if part of Tide) is a little pricy. And it would nice if an alterations quote was provided to decide whether to have them do the alterations.

I must have passed by this place 100 times before taking the brand name and cleaners seriously, but after finally going in recently and giving them a try I was more than pleasantly surprised. This place really knows how to serve their customers in an efficient method and does everything possible to take the work off of you at every point. When you drop off everything you can get text updates on progress is you're signed up with their eclub and you can text a number to have your order ready 15 minutes out from arrival! They also do pickup and delivery locally so you don't even have to visit the location if you've got a busy schedule. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program and also look up any current coupons in their website (there was a 50% off new customer first order coupon up when I went)

I paid 40 dollars for four items. Ridiculous. When I questioned it, nothing was examined or addressed.

All anyone could expect from a cleaners, done correctly, as promised, at a reasonable price and delivered by friendly, courteous staff. What else could you want?

Given the high price of this cleaner, I came in with expectations of near perfect results. But after 1) pressing a second crease on a permanent crease pant, 2) repeat results after pointing it out and bringing it back in, 3) sending another pant home with a melted button, and 4) sending someone else's shirt home with my pick up, I won't be going back to Tide Cleaners. For the price that they charge, they should provide the highest quality and experience available. They are not yet at that level though, and not worth paying double over other locations.

Two stars because they were always quick to address each issue, though not successfully in the case of the pant crease.

Had a wedding and they got me out of a crunch! Great place, the employee that helped me was courteous and quick.

Friendly staff, love the drive up service. The Grant and Louetta location has a huge porte cochere which can easily accommodate a few vehicles during rush! Easy in and easy out.

After using this location since they originally opened as MW Cleaners, I will no longer. The staff is very friendly and responsive, but if anything is damaged management is slow to respond. The cost has gone up and the quality has plummeted. Not sure if it is because Tide bought them out, or just poor management.

I will be searching for a new cleaners.

We had an ink stain that went through the wash and dryer before being noticed. After the stain removal, it's not even visible and the fabric looks completely intact. I really thought it was a lost cause. Very happy with the workmanship and the staff there is always happy and cheerful.

Always smiling faces with the utmost quality customer service. I appreciate driving up to my local MW cleaners and trusting my valuables will be well taken care of and if any concerns arise along the way, I receive a phone call to approve of any special circumstances. And my clothes do not end up lost! Thank you.

Love this place! I will never go anywhere else again. There are cheaper places around, but the literal pennies more you pay here are totally worth it.
