The employees always nice and helpful. Get on the coupon list if you dry clean alot! Tide sends out great deals on occassions. This my cleaners.

I'm not from this area. We just moved here and needed to find a place to have some shirts cleaned and ironed. This was the first place i found and was very pleased with how clean the facility was on the inside and the service was even better than that. The lady was very soft spoken and professional. I will contine to use them for my dry cleaner. 5 Stars for sure.

First time using them I found my laundry to be cleaner and much more professionally pressed than former laundry business. Staff was professional and friendly.

Oh my gosh I was new to this dry cleaning thing, and they made it so easy, they were so sweet and quick! They got the dog pee out of my romper that was made of Rayon, the tag in the dress said to only dry clean only so I’m glad I did!

I had the best experience here. Never wasting my time with other cleaners again the staff was super friendly and even informed me of current specials. This place is absolutely amazing!

I will be finding a new dry cleaners, one that’s not overpriced and hopefully with some better customer service. My first issue was with my last order. I took a whole laundry basket full of stuff with a 50% off coupon and the girl who took my order didn’t apply my coupon and when I went to go pick it up, they were trying to charge me full price. Luckily the manager, I believe her name is Ashley, was super accommodating. Because of her, I went back again to have my pottery barn quilt dry cleaned. I dropped it off on 6/22 around 9: 30am. On my slip where it says “day promised”, Wednesday is circled and it states after 6pm. It was explained to me though that they send off bedding. Okay fine. I felt as though I had dropped it off early enough Monday that it would be taken, cleaned Tuesday, returned Wednesday. I even gave it a couple of extra days and waited until Friday to go pick it up. The young lady said my quilt was NOT back, but it’ll probably be there later today. I go back today, Monday (a week from the day I dropped it off), and they STILL don’t have it. The woman who helped me was entirely rude about the whole situation and once I can finally pick up my
quilt, I was ready to say I will not be returning to this Tide cleaners.

The young lady that was there this afternoon when I finally was able to pick up my quilt, completely turned the whole situation around. She completely understood my frustrations and seemed sincerely apologetic about all the miscommunication.

I am a nurse and the fact that they are doing free services for nurses and first responders is amazing. It has helped tremendously! Great service!

This was my first time at this dry cleaners, me experience was fantastic, I told my wife we need to make this location our main dry cleaners now.

This place is really big on service. I had been using other dry cleaners, but will bring all my dry cleaning and laundry here from now on.

This may be a good dry cleaners for people who only drop off 1-2 items and dont think twice about the price but as someone who drops off 10-15 items every other week STAY AWAY! 80$ for 14 items! When I went to pick my clothes up and was given the bill I was appalled, when I asked them to explain the price I was told shirts were 6$ a piece and pants were 7$ a piece. Utterly ridiculous, save yourself 50$ and find a dry cleaners for less than 2$ a shirt, trust me there are plenty. Will never go again

Too expensive. I asked for press only and items were dry cleaned. I could have purchased a new wardrobe for the price I paid for a few item.

I have friends in the dry cleaning business and it's pretty much an accepted fact - Tide Cleaners is the greatest dry cleaning company in the country!

It was way too expensive for what it was. They said I was getting 50% off but to launder less than one load of clothing was 28 dollars

Dropped off my laundry and dry cleaning one morning and ready to pick up the next day. Received several discounts in addition to fast, efficient and friendly service! Tide Cleaners is the best!

I am extremely happy with my experience w Tide Cleaners. The woman working there was always pleasant and helpful, making sure I was getting the discounts I can. I had 3 pieces of clothing, all with stains, and they got ALL of them out! One was a dress I had tailored made and had spilled red wine on at a wedding.so thrilled to have it back to new! It was only $15 (50% 1st time discount) which was an amazing price. Will definitely use them anytime I need to!

First time using them. They did an awesome job on my shirts. They looked new when I picked them up. Great service! Only thing they are quite pricey.

We were looking for a new dry cleaner after a recent bad experince with a local Cypress dry cleaner. Tide Cleaners was easily accessible, fast and friendly. They explained their awards program and i received 50% off my first order. They have same day service which my previous cleaners charged some ridiculous price.
